Warriors Articles

by Hazelburrow

If you want to write about anything in the Warriors universe, now’s your chance! A Warriors Article encompasses anything, for example, “A Retrospective: The Original Series” or “Anticipating Dawn of the Clans”. They will be published as a new post on the blog.

Articles must be AT LEAST AS LONG AS 350 words, or, if you’d rather make a picture article, it must have a theme and a beginning, middle, and end, like this one by Sun For Two

The most important thing to ask yourself before you submit an article: “is what I’ve written an article or a comment?” Try to focus your article on one argument or point of view. e.g. If an article is simply a list of various questions you’ve asked yourself about Warriors – this is a COMMENT not an article.

If you wish to have your article edited by a moderator, format your title like this: “Article title – Request Edit”

We do not publish fan fiction.

This is your chance to make it to the front page of BlogClan!

Here are a few articles you can do, just as a start, if you have no ideas:

Top Five Moments: The Original Series

Analyzing the Character of Firestar

A Look Back at Bluestar’s Prophecy

STOP! Is your article 350 words long? If you’re unsure, here’s a handy-dandy word counter to make sure. Click here. A reminder that your article WILL NOT be published if it is under 350 words.

If there is an image you'd like to be posted along with your article, please paste a link to it at the bottom of your post. e.g "http://www.example.com/catpic.jpg"
Please complete the required fields.

I have been writing a bunch of articles because I’m really bored and it’s fun so I’m okay if you spread them out and let other articles be published and not mine all at the same time

I’m afraid that’s beyond our technical capabilities!

Didn’t there used to be a BlogClan email thingy that would be sent out pretty often ? I have a vague memory of that and all of a sudden I stopped getting them.

There was and then the GDPR appeared and, not being a lawyer or having access to a lawyer, I lost track of whether it was legal or not to send emails to people who might be younger than 13 so I decided that probably BlogClan should refrain from contacting visitors unless they’ve given their specific consent. (If you ever become a lawyer, let me know.)

Oh ok that’s actually quite interesting to hear, I had wondered why it had stopped. I mean, if it is the case that it is illegal to send emails to people under 13 then many, many websites and companies would definitely be in trouble because even before I was 13 I was getting emails I did not sign up for 😛
Honestly law is actually super interesting I’m actually starting to thinking I might go into it

It might just be a European thing, but I decided it was best to err on the side of caution.
Law would be an interesting career!

Hey Kate. How can I see my article? I’ve just posted mine, and I’ve only been on BlogClan for a short while, so I’m still learning new things every day about it. Thanks!

Thank you, Leafsky! You can’t see it yet. It will be processed soon, and published if it meets the requirements (see the article page). The publication date depends on how many other articles are queued ahead of it.
Basically, wait and see! (IKR? NOT VERY helpful 🙁 )

I recently submitted an article, about Tigerclaw Vs Brokentail. I understand it’s not getting published that easily, but have the editors received it? Thanks.

Birchfoot and Emberdawn run the articles. If your article reaches all the requirements (appropriate language, at least 350 words, etc.) they approve it. One article is published every other day so when yours will be published depends on how many are already in line.

      I'm also Silver Speaker
