Why didn’t the Moor Cats try to kick Tom’s butt for Bumble’s sake? Was that bad writing or oversight on the wild cats part?

It was crazy of Tall Shadow to think that being extra friendly would discourage Tom from harming Bumble further. I don’t think Shadow actually held Bumble accountable for Tom’s flaws. I think Shadow’s apathy stemmed from her kitty-pet prejudices.
