What Would Happen if the Warriors Found the Books? by Icestorm

Hey guys, Icestorm here, and I got this idea from Darkpaw(ivy)’s article a little while back, “What Warriors Cats Would Do if They Found a Computer by Darkpaw”. It was about the cats looking at fan art of themselves, and in a short part of it, they read the series. It was just like *they read the series* and I thought I could look into that. So some credit given to Dark. *claps* YAY!

Ok. Here we go. BTW IN THIS, CATS CAN READ. ALSO, DF CATS LIKE TIGERSTAR AND EVERY OTHER CAT WHOSE SPIRIT FADED ARE STILL ALIVE :3.*WARNING. SPOILERS*

Alderpaw opened his eyes to find a large number of cats everywhere.
Nightstar: Is everybody here?
Snowfur: I think so.
Nightstar: Ok. We have gathered you all, dead and living, to discuss an issue.
Jayfeather: What kind of issue?
Nightstar: This issue. *holds up warriors book*
Birchfall: What in the name of Starclan is that?!
Leafpool: It’s some kind of Twoleg thing!
Ashfur: We must get rid of it at once!
Firestar: Or maybe we should investigate it. It seems interesting…
*Cats of Windclan, Shadowclan, and Riverclan all turn and gaze at Firestar*
Tigerstar: Of course! The kittypet wants the Twoleg thing!
*All clan cats glare at Tigerstar*
Hawkfrost: But what exactly is it?
*Every cat starts to talk and argue*
*Nightstar closes his eyes impatiently as he waits for the noise to die down*
Squirrelflight: Well?
Nightstar: So Snowkit here, *wraps his tail around Snowkit and pushes the kit near him* was wandering around…
Snowkit: BUT I KEPT MY EYES ON THE SKY FOR HAWKS
*Nightstar rolls his eyes*
Nightstar:…and stumbled upon a variety of these things…”Warriors”…
Breezepelt: HA! It’s only about the WARRIORS.
Heathertail and Crowfeather: Hush!
Nightstar: Somebody is keeping track of our daily lives!!
*cats gasp*
Nightstar: Have a look! See for yourselves!
*Nightstar dumps a ton of books into the mass of cats*
*All cats dive and start looking at the books*
Tallstar: WHO WAS READING MY THOUGHTS
*his face is in Tallstar’s revenge*
Leopardstar: Let me have a look…TALLSTAR YOU TRIED TO MURDER A CAT?!
Tallstar: Umm umm umm
Leopardstar: WELL?!
Tallstar: I MADE A MISTAKE, ALRIGHT?
*Cloudtail buries his face in Into the Wild*
Cloudtail: Well then. I must have really embarrassed Firestar….
Firestar: Ya think?

Brightflower: YELLOWFANG GET YOUR TAIL OVER HERE THIS INSTANT *as she reads Yellowfang’s Secret*

*she takes it from her and begins to shred the pages with her claws*

*all cats turn to the sound of shredding paper and see Crookedstar shredding CP*
Crookedstar: What? Something wrong?
*Mapleshade purrs to herself*
Tigerstar: IS THIS HOW YOU CLAN CATS FOUND OUT?! *he points to Fading Echoes*
Ivypool: Erm, no I just knew what was going on
*Hawkfrost growls*
Bluestar: YEESH THEY MAKE ME SOUND LIKE I WAS CRAZY. *her fur is sticking up everywhere*
*all cats murmur about how she seemed crazy*
Pinestar: WHAT IN THE NAME OF STARCLAN IS SKYCLAN?! *He’s reading Firestar’s Quest*
Firestar and Sandstorm: UHH. UMM. PAY NO ATTENTION TO THAT. *they grab the books that include Skyclan and shred them*
Snowfur: SERIOUSLY? *she has Bluestar’s Prophecy in her paw* SO THAT’S WHAT YOU THINK BOUT THISTIE?!
Thistleclaw: YEAH…SERIOUSLY?
Bluestar: You know that’s not the whole point of the book
Berrynose: WAIT A MINUTE, WHY DO ONLY SPECIFIC CATS GET THE STORY TOLD FROM THEIR PERSPECTIVES?!
Lionblaze: *mumbles* probably ’cause those cats are interesting
*all the cats who never got their point of view seen glare at Lionblaze*
Rowanstar: UGH
*every cat goes silent as Jayfeather clears his throat*
Jayfeather: WILL SOME CAT PLEEAASSEE TELL ME WHAT IN THE NAME OF STARCLAN IS GOING ON HERE?! I CAN’T FREAKIN SEE!!
Hollyleaf: Nothing!
*all cats start saying nothing and soothing words*
Rowanberry: Everything’s fine!
Spottedleaf: Nothin to be worried about!
Breezepelt: Calm your crazy head!
*Lionblaze glares at Breezepelt*
Dovewing: Soooo, what’s the point of this?
Nightstar: *facepaw*
Snowkit: Let’s see umm…I dunno
Nightstar: *he looks at his paws*
Snowkit: Wait a minute…if everything we do is recorded for Twolegs to read…can’t Twolegs be reading about us doing this right now?
Mistystar: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
*all cats shriek and run*
*the dream fades and all cats wake up in their nests*

In every den, all the cats look at each other, knowingly. They all know it was real, but they never spoke of it again. They simply shrugged and carried on with their lives, always knowing that Twolegs were constantly watching….
