A Vision of Kits by Nighthawk

Nighthawk predicts some kits or couples that could happen in the series. Spoilers for AVoS!

Hey guys! I just finished Darkest Night, and (SPOILER ALERT) seeing we have some new relationships developing, I’ve come up with a list of mates/kits I’d like to see happen.

Anyway, lets get right to it!

-Ivypool and Fernsong-

Confirmed they’re mates, but we don’t know that they’ll have kits, If they do, I’d imagine Ivypool being the one who kits in the middle of a hunting patrol bc she’s so stubborn and doesn’t wanna be a queen really. Fernsong becomes the one who watches them the most. but Ivypool really does love them.

Bushkit – (in honor of Snowbush, who was Ivypool’s apprentice) a thick furred silver and brown tabby with a fluffy tail, a loose tuft of fur on his head, and blue eyes

Goldenkit – a pale yellow tabby she-kit, looks exactly like Fernsong, has green eyes

Acornkit – brown tabby she-kit with white patches and blue eyes

-Cinderheart and Lionblaze-

We know they’re having kits, but ThunderClan is at like maximum capacity, so two cute lil kits is good.

Brackenkit – (named after Brackenfur, if he ever dies) golden tabby she-kit with amber eyes

Wolfkit – smoky gray tom with blue eyes

-Molewhisker and Blossomheart-

A little backstory:

The two grew close on the journey to find the remaining SkyClan cats. Hence Molewhisker’s reluctance to leave at the end of the journey. Forbidden romance, one joins the others Clan, whatever you want to imagine. I just think it’d be interesting considering Molewhisker was at first so adamant that SkyClan didn’t belong around the lake, then suddenly he’s sad to leave the cats behind. It’d explain it, and have some minor plot issue, instead of another boring issue like a badger or fox or natural disaster. Whatever, just my opinion/idea. It’d be interesting to see Molewhisker join SkyClan.

Anyway:

Duskkit – (Named after Duskpaw obviously) brown and ginger tabby tom with green eyes

Dawnkit – (bc why not, Dusk and Dawn) – ginger and white she-cat with amber eyes

Also, both are SkyClanish names consider they have to do with times of day and the way the sky looks. idk it’s a cute idea imo

-Juniperclaw and Cloverfoot-

I really like Juniperclaw and now that Cloverfoot and the others have rejoined ShadowClan, I think it’d be cool to see Juniperclaw selected as deputy to kind of bridge between the older cats and younger cats. Anyway, he and Cloverfoot end up together and have kits

Beekit – ginger tabby she-kit with green eyes

Crowkit – black and gray tom with blue eyes

Needlekit – silver she-kit with green eyes

Birchkit – cream tabby tom with amber eyes, looks just like his grandmother Dawnpelt

All named in honor of cats that died in the struggle with Darktail, named to remember that ShadowClan will always rise from defeat.

-Sparkpelt and Larksong-

Okay, we don’t know much about this ship and it kinda sprang up out of nowhere, but it’s sorta cute and it’s funny to see Sparkpelt flirt. I could imagine them having one or two kits, and Larksong just being super proud and bragging to everyone. Sparkpelt would be the one imagining them as warriors and always encouraging them to play fight and whatnot. In this scenario, they have two kits.

Lightningkit – black tom with a ginger flash down his spine that resembles lightning, green eyes

Morningkit – ginger she-kit with white patches and blue eyes Rosepetal and Bumblestripe

They have four kits, two die due to birth complications, and one dies a few days later. Only one lives, she’s listed below.

Sweetkit – dark cream she-kit with black stripes and dark blue eyes

And that’s all I have now, but I might add more to this list, or even do a section on deaths.
