If Squirrelflight will become leader, those are the cats that i think will give her a life:

If Hollyleaf doesn’t, I’ll cry on the inside. That’s her kid. I don’t care what anyone says.

Well, that’s not really her kid/kit, it’s her ”adopted” daughter, but anyways, true. I really hope Hollyleaf will give Squirrelflight a life if she becomes leader!

yah it makes sense because really leaf pool didn’t raise the three so if i were them i would still call them my parents not crowfeather and leaf pool .

I think this will have to do with the time she spent in StarClan and Leafpool’s death- and possibly Ashfur.

Hey,Kate.Did Fernsong live in the nursery instead of Ivypool to raise his kits ?

We kind of skipped over that in the end, which was a shame, but I think he did. He was a fully committed stay at home dad πŸ™‚

Hey Kate, will we be able to see Crowfeather’s reaction to Leafpool’s death in this book?

So is no one bothered by an alarming scene? In Lost Stars, the effort to make cracks in the Moonpool is lead by the WindClan, SkyClan, and RiverClan deputies (as Squirrelflight was acting leader in Bramblestar’s place at the moment), meaning Reedwhisker, Hawkwing, and Crowfeather. So here’s the major point: Nothing’s wrong with Crowfeather, he’s not old, unfit, and is still able and strong on his paws, no indicators of any of that. However, now we go along and look at one of the focus characters of the book who also happens to be at the “event”: Bristlefrost. That’s right: BristleFROST. As in a warrior and technically full grown, who, get this, IS WORKING SIDE BY SIDE WITH HER GREAT-GRANDFATHER CROWFEATHER! To get the facts right, we know Crowfeather is Lionblaze’s father, Lionblaze is Fernsong’s father, and Fernsong is Bristlefrost’s father, so we know that Crowfeather is the great-grandfather of Bristlefrost. Of the eight great-grandparents Bristlefrost has, Dustpelt, Ferncloud, Sorreltail, and Leafpool are all dead; Cloudtail, Brightheart, and Brackenfur in the elders den (not dead but elders den will have to do), and then there’s Crowfeather, current deputy of WindClan, still β€œyoung” (emphasized). I mean, does this sit well with any of you guys? What will Kate and the authors do about this?

    [Pardon any grammatical errors; Β―\_(ツ)_/Β―]

I mean, a lot of times the cats have kits when they’re young. For instance, Snowfur had Whitestorm shortly after becoming a warrior. Fernsong is pretty young, too. Crowfeather is getting a bit old, but I wouldn’t say he’s way too old. After all, he’s certainly younger than Cloudtail, Brightheart, and Brackenfur, I’d say around the same age as Whitewing or Squirrelflight and Leafpool (and Leafpool didn’t die of old age, she died earlier because of a rock slide).

      so guys we did it

      • May 6, 2019 at 3:05 pm

Yeah. He’s older, but not old. He’s not young but not old if that makes sense πŸ˜› And cats don’t take as long to have kits as humans do, and they grow into adults quicker and then have kits almost as soon as they’re old enough. It’s really not that surprising that he’s still active.

If you’re worried about a “young” character that should be older, think about Mistystar πŸ˜›

Well I mean they’re all just cats and this is a fictional book series about cat cults that live in the forest and kill each other so it doesn’t bother me too much Β―\_(ツ)_/Β―

      • May 8, 2019 at 6:09 pm

        Doesn’t bother me either πŸ˜›

Was whiskernose so badly wounded in the big fight that he joined the elders so quickly?

He’s going to be one of the cats who’s been an elder the longest, it seems. I’m pretty sure he was an apprentice/young warrior by the time of The Last Hope, so if he retired directly after, and lives a long life, he’ll definitely beat the record

        so guys we did it

Can we consider Cherrytail and Cloudmist dead, since Cloudmist was last mentioned coming home in Darkest Night and same with Cherrytail except her being mentioned once in The Raging Storm, both never listed in the allegiances post-return? (Kate?)
