My top favorite cats from The Prophecy Begins by Cloudymoon

Cloudymoon lists their favourite cats from the first arc. Are any of them yours?

Hi there! I’m Cloudymoon, and this is my first article 😊. I decided to take a look back at the original series, and share my top cats with you.

Ravenpaw
Probably not an uncommon choice, but Ravenpaw is obviously one of my favorite cats. He is shy, and he feared Tigerclaw, his mentor, and that reminds me of myself.I really liked how he came back to help the Clans in The Darkest Hour.

Sandstorm
Again, probably a popular choice. When I was re-reading TNP, I noticed that you can see that she loves Fireheart almost from Forest of Secrets. After Cloudtail became a warrior, it was super cute that Fireheart wanted to invite her to go hunting.

Graystripe
Well… Graystripe is the Ron Weasley like character. He is friendly and nice, and he explains to Fireheart what is like to be a Clan cat. When Fireheart learns that he is in love with Silverstream, he is angry, but I was at Graystripe’s side when I’ve read that. I mean, what is wrong with loving someone??

Brindleface
Brindleface was kind to Fir-to everyone. She is a gentle yet fierce character, and I absolutely love her. After she had lost two of her kits, she was sad (duh) but she still told Fireheart that she’ll take care of Cloudkit. Her death was horrible – she is fine and she’s going hunting, and two minutes later she is dead. It was heartwarming when Fernpaw and Ashpaw kind of avenged her death.

Silverstream
Don’t kill me, Silverstream’s haters. Silverstream is a great character, and don’t dare to say that she is a Mary Sue. It was sweet that after she saves Graystripe from drowning, she is like ‘can’t you drown on your own territory?’ I think that I loved her more after I’ve read Crookedstar’s Promise – she has a really sad backstory!😿 Butttt, if I was her, I would have told Graystripe that he needs to stay in ThunderClan. His kits would have been fine without him, and Fireheart would’ve been much more happier.

Cinderpelt
Cinderpelt won her place on that list easily. She is a great character, and unlike Firestar, she can’t be what she wants 😾. But, she is not getting too angry like Jayfeather – she accepts her destiny, and becomes a great medicine cat. She is curious and impatient – too bad that her leg is crippled now!
