Hi Kate, since it was confirmed who Mothwing’s warrior mentor was in Mistyfoot, I was wondering if we could know who Hawkfrost’s apprentice was. Since he was briefly deputy and no one claimed it went against the code, it seems like he’d have one.
The only mentorless apprentice in New Prophecy was Reedwhisker. Or the Eclipse book introduced lots of never seen before Riverclan warriors: Greymist, Icewing, Mintfur, Otterheart, Pinefur, Rainstorm and Duskwater. Thanks for reading!

Yeah, I noticed that during Oots the allegiances for all the Clans introduced many new characters, which contrasted with the allegiances of the first arcs, where other Clans only had 2-3 warriors

Hey! I just thought about this now, does anyone else think that Rootpaw might have been named from Root? Maybe they both named a kit about someone who meant a lot to them.
It’s been confirmed that Rootspring was named after his paternal grandfather.
