Slatepaw sent in our first pic today. She found this on the web. I think it embodies everything Cadvent. 💖 Thank you, Slatepaw! 🌟
I’m very excited to share our next picture because it’s our first BlogClan mink! Minktail sent it in with this note: “This is Nicolas the Mink, my mom’s domestic American mink, in the snow! What a happy little lad. Nico wishes you a very Merry Christmas!!!”
Nico is cute as a little minky button! Thank you, Minktail and Minktail’s mom. 💕
Mojocloud sent in a link to a very seasonal kittypet. It looks so warm and cosy! Purr-fect! Thanks, Mojocloud! 🥰
Next we have a wonderful piece of BlogClan art. Firestar Getting Ready for Christmas by Tigerstar the Second. I love it! ❤️ Thank you, T the S!
And finally, we have a picture found by Starpaw. So sparkly and pretty! ☃️☃️❄️ Thank you, Starpaw. 💖

Yay! Thanks for putting Nico in, Kate! He sends everyone lots of Mink-mas cheer 😉
Those cats are so adorable!!! And that drawing of Firestar is so adorable!!!
Hi Kate!! I noticed that in the first 3 books of The Broken Code that Rootspring was described to have blue eyes and in Darkness Within he is described with green eyes by Bristlefrost. Which one do you think is more accurate? I was thinking that Bristlefrost only decided his eyes as green because it was night time when they were talking and I know that sometimes cat’s eyes look a different color when it’s night, but that’s just a thought I had. I’m curious to know what you think!!
Blue. Definitely blue. We slip up from time to time. I gave him amber eyes at least once, but fortunately noticed in the rewrite!
Ok, just making sure!! I also have always imagined him with bright blue eyes :3
They are adorable, but the first cat looks very unenthusiastic.
lol so true!
XD
This is my first Cadvent, and so far, I love it! It’s definitely a good way to spread some holiday cheer.
These pictures are absolutely beautiful <3
