heya! it’s hollyfrost back with another article! today i will be sharing MY opinion on who crowfeather will choose in starclan,everyone has opinion’s so this is just my opinion! just a reminder: i have NOT read crowfeather’s trial or past eclipse in POT but i have heard some quotes! this might also offend some people’s opinions. and there may be spoilers!

ok,ok,nightcloud to start! so first of all,he will obviously NOT choose nightcloud! he never loved her! i know that because i heard somewhere he never loved her sooooooo

ah leafpool…. what! leafpool is alrighttttt not in my top 10, ANYWAYS, this is not a article on leafpool,it is about crowfeather 😤. ok enough of that! now…. i personally think he WILL NOT choose leafpool either! i heard somewhere that in crowfeather’s trial, that his love for her faded. like crowfeather was just sad so he wanted a new mate quickly and was like “oh leafpool’s pretty,her personality is like feathertail,imma go with her!” `that’s probably what happened. and he wanted to run away with her,probably because he didn’t want her to die like feathertail! also leafpool didn’t even love him that much! she partly didn’t even wanna run away with him! as you can tell i really don’t think he will choose leafpool. (i also really don’t like this ship!)

i think that he WILL choose feathertail! yea,yea she’s goes to the tribe of endless hunting,but she will probably GO to starclan and VISIT the tribe of endless hunting,she would probably much rather hang out with friends and family other than a bunch of strangers! people said feather x crow is a childhood crush,i heard somewhere that crowfeather loved leafpool as much as feathertail so then crow x leaf is a childhood crush,think about that! speak about childhood crush,that’s exactly what storm x squirrel was! and im pretty sure in a book feathertail said that she and crowfeather would be together in starclan or something like that. therefore crowfeather will choose feathertail in starclan!
now i would write more but my hand hurts sooooooo

Feathertail didn’t last for long and he never really loved Nightcloud, so I’d say Leafpool.
I really hope he gets along with Hollyleaf in Starclan. But, I understand if that is not the case.

Actually, I believe Feathertail and Crowpaw were together longer then Leafpool and Crowfeather!

I think that that is possible, but at the time they also had to stay together because of the journey.

Great article! Although I think it was biased against Leafpool. Also, I think one of the Erins said that is Feathertail lived, she would have settled down in Riverclan and become mates with Reedwhisker.

Reedwhisker did love Feathertail, but Feathertail never loved Reedwhisker.

After reading that, I don’t really think that Feathertail would have left Crowpaw for Reedwhisker.
I like your article, but I disagree on some acounts.
Nightcloud: Totally agree about this one.
Leafpool: No offense, but you were a bit bias about her. You also did not give that much evidense about your case for her except Crowfeather’s Trial. But, that book was about him trying to get over her sooooooooooo, ya. You also said that she didn’t love him that much. Sorry, but that is the most upsetting thing you can say about the ship. Leafpool did love him, she was just more loyal to her clan. Like a medicine cat should be, I might add.
Feathertail: (I will say that I have nothing against Feathertail before you read this) I mean, you literally started it with, “SWEET, NICE, FEATHERTAILLLL!” If that isn’t a tip off of your opinion on her, what is? And, the proof that you used was true, but it only says that he ALSO loved Leafpool equally. I’m not totally against Crowfeather being with Feathertail in Starclan, but you really didn’t give enough info for the Feathertail section to have a valid point about
Crow x Feather.

I totally agree! Holly did make some good points, but I feel like her reasons against Leafpool were a bit unfair.
For NightCrow, I agree. As shown in Crowfeather’s Trial, Nightcloud was twisting Breezepelt’s feelings, making him think that his father hated him. When her work was done, Breezepelt was so willing to kill Crowfeather that he trained in the Dark Forest, as shown in the prologue of Fading Echoes. For LeafCrow, I disagree. When Crowfeather saved Leafpool from falling, he saw a flashback of what happened with Feathertail. I believe he saw Leafpool as a second chance. So, he took her as a mate. But this wasn’t just a “childhood crush.” The two of them truly loved each other deep in their hearts, Crowfeather even enough to break the warrior code and run away. However, as Leafpool considered this, she knew that she was loyal to ThunderClan, and leaving her kin would be breaking her heart. So, the relationship ended quickly. Many people think this relationship is worse than FeatherCrow because Leafpool didn’t love Crowfeather enough to run away, because Crowfeather loved Feathertail more than Leafpool, because the relationship developed really quickly, and because the relationship didn’t last long. However, this doesn’t mean the LeafCrow is a bad ship. Some people love it more than FeatherCrow! For FeatherCrow, I agree. Crowfeather will likely choose her in StarClan. ~ Cloudy
Nice article! Though he spent much more time with Leafpool and his ‘love’ for Feathertail happened at a very early stage of his life. I believe he’ll choose Leafpool.

Nice article! I believe that Crowfeather needed Feathertail’s love to realise that he loved Leafpool, and that Feathertail was way to loyal to RiverClan to even consider joining Crowfeather and wouldn’t want Crowfeather to come to her. On the other hand, Leafpool and Crowfeather were completely willing to leave their Clan lives behind to start a new one with each other 😀
Also, I enjoy Nightcloud and Crowfeather in Crowfeather’s Trial, they are just very sweet to each other. I don’t ship them, but I love them as friends 😀

Eh. I feel that at least one of Crowfeather’s mates would want it to only be him and her.
Hm, really? I guess I just don’t see it that way. Leafpool and feathertail love him dearly, but I don’t ever see them fighting over him. And nightcloud might not want to continue being his mate in starclan because of their bad relationship in OoTS and PoT.
I think most of them would prefer to be friends, but maybe thats just me.
I know cats used to have several mates (Toadskip for instance), but it just seems like that wouldn’t happen. I don’t think Feathertail or Leafpool would actively fight, just be annoyed. Leafpool and Feathertail DIDN’T break the warrior code for Crowfeather for another she-cat to be mates with him at the same time.
Yeah, I just don’t think any of them are going to become mates with him again. Not that crowfeather is a bad guy, I just think that they’ve moved on. But thats just my take on it, you don’t have to agree with me.

So… Sorry, but just like Blazestrike, I think this is really biased. Like, it’s not really an analysis, more of a who I hope Crowfeather will choose. It is also sort of more a defense of FeatherCrow than an actual text about it. Anyway, I disagree and here’s why.
You say that Crowfeather was probably just attracted to her because he wanted a new mate and she kind of resembled Feathertail. I don’t think so. There is a story somewhere (in one of the guides I think? I had screens of it, but I can’t find it) called “Crowfeather Speaks: A Forbidden Love” when he talks about his feelings towards Leafpool and actually confesses that he was ashamed to fall in love so soon after Feathertail died, but he loved Leafpool anyway. There are also fragments in Squirrelflight’s Hope, chapter 23 & 30, revealing that he loved her all along. So that obviously isn’t true. Also, I’m not a fan of the “she had kits with him” argument, because kits aren’t a proof of a true love, so I am not going to use it, yet there is a lot of proof that he loved her. Not only the fragments from SH, but also the fact that in Night Whispers he immediately jumps to help when Breezepelt attacks her, despite watching him fight Lionblaze earlier and not stopping them. That would prove some feelings, wouldn’t it? And we can’t ignore the fact that he took a liking to her and was eager ro run away so shortly after Feather died, which in my opinion makes Leafpool more likely to become his mate. And it’s not like she didn’t love him. She loved him, but she loved her kin, her friends and her clan as well. It was of course a hard choice for her. It would be to everyone.
You start to analyse Feathertail with a SWEET, NICE, FEATHERTAILLLL! which honestly is kind of biased too? Anyway. I don’t really like this pairing so that isn’t very fair, but I don’t believe they would get together. But I think we haven’t really seen their “love” in the books. It didn’t ever go through any bad circumstances. It broke off before we got to see if they will ever make it. They have “loved” each other, but the “loving” never faced anything serious. It’s possible that this feeling would burn out. Crowfeather also fell in love with Leafpool against his will while still mourning Feathertail, so who could be sure he wouldn’t if Feathertail lived? Feathertail definitely was important to him, because she was the first person he ever loved, and his guide, but she remained such an ideal to him because their love was frozen before it could go through any trial, always remaining sweet and perfect. And it’s just my impression, but I personally see her feelings towards him more like a fling, or more loving him in a friendly way and thinking that she loves him romantically than actual loving him romantically. I have went through imagined feelings, so I can tell you that this surely exists. Anyway, even if she did love him, looking at her life she could break up with him, because she considered cross-clan mating dangerous. I mean she almost died because of that. Also, you say that “so that means crow x leaf is a childhood crush!”. Do you get what is a childhood crush? It’s a childhood love, usually not working out. Crowfeather was an adult at the time. So was Stormfur, who you present as having a childhood crush on Squirrel.

hi everyone! i’d just like to say im sorry if i was being biased about leafpool and feathertail, there are more reasons about my opinion that i did not include because it’s hard for me to explain most things so im really sorry about that. also this is just my personal opinion so if you disagree i completely respect your opinion. and for the beginning about feathertail’s,so if i sounded biased, i just wanted to say how i thought of her. thanks for reading!
Feathertail and Crowfeather didn’t really have a big amount of time to spend with each other, and in my opinion, it IS a childhood crush. And I am convinced that he will not choose Nightcloud, so that leaves Leafpool! Great article though.
