Amberleaf turns warrior cats into Christmas songs by Amberleaf

Amberleaf relates songs played around Christmas with characters and scenarios from Warriors.

So, let’s get started!
I’m going to be talking about scenes in Warriors and turn them into Christmas songs, or an interpretation of a Christmas song.

Do they know it’s Christmas?
This song talks about Africa being “hungry” therefore not knowing about Christmas.
This fits in perfectly with Dawn! WindClan are so hungry because they don’t have any rabbits. Forgive me if I’m wrong, but I think that the Clans left before the next full moon. But if they didn’t, I except that WindClan would be unable to go. Where the song says ‘Feed the world’ this could be like Tallstar desperately asking Firestar for help. Where the song says ‘there’s no snow in Africa’ its like the other Clans having something that WindClan don’t.

All I want for Christmas is you
A Christmas favourite, this song talks about how someone doesn’t want any gifts for Christmas they just want to be with their love.
I think it fits perfectly with Greystripe and Silverstream, and how Greystripe doesn’t care about anything but her. When the song says ‘Santa won’t you bring me the one I really want’ its like Greystripe wishing that StarClan had him and Silverstream in the same Clan. Where the song says, ‘I don’t care about the presents underneath the Christmas tree’ if you replace presents for cats and cut out the word Christmas you would have Greystripe’s attitude towards clan duties and training Brackenfur (paw).

I wish it could be Christmas everyday
This is one of my favourite Christmas songs and it basically talks about why they love Christmas.
I thought of Lionblaze and Heathertail (cats I not-so-secretly ship) times roleplaying as DarkClan. Heathertail clearly doesn’t want to stop seeing Lionblaze, and the same for Lionblaze. After they stop, Lionblaze wishes that he didn’t hate Heathertail but he did (wishing that it was Christmas everyday when it clearly isn’t) and when the song says “when the kids start singing” its like the two playing together
