Relating Warriors to Ava Max Songs by Drizz

Drizz relates some songs by Ava Max to characters from the series.

Hi! It’s Drizz, or Drizzlepaw/drop. Today I will be picking a random selection of Ava Max songs and relating them to Warrior Cats. Let’s start!
Sweet but Psycho:
I thought long and hard on this one, but I settled with Mapleshade. We can all agree that she is pretty psycho. Here’s how the song goes –

She’s a pretty awesome psycho, as Ava Max is a bit psycho. That’s the reason I love her though!
Take you to Hell:
This one was pretty easy, and as you can guess with the name, someone’s gonna go to dark forest. Ashfur.. Ashfur.. Ashfur. Why you such a baddie? Okay, this song is Ashfur because the song goes:
“If your gonna treat me right
I’ll take you to heaven every night
But god forbid, you leave me by myself
I’ll take you to hell, take you to hell”
In this case, Ashfur is threatening Squirrelflight, because he so desperately wants her. He ends up taking her to hell, or dark forest. Remember? He dragged her into the moonpool and it brought her to dark forest.
Alone, Pt. II
This one was difficult, and you will see why in a sec. But in the end, I decided on Firestar. Even though he’s not my favorite because he’s annoying, he did do good things, and this song represents his feelings about helping others. But this song isn’t only Firestar. It’s a Firestar and Greystripe duo. Ahh, those two. A really cute ship, always doing things together. Here’s what they say to each other! (and yes, it’s lyrics from the song)

Torn:
This one was hard for me to think of, but I eventually found the perfect match. Sandstorm. Now, as you may know, Sandstorm was once divided between the loyalty to ThunderClan, or Fireheart. When they had to do something against what Bluestar said, Sandstorm was reluctant. Really reluctantly. Then Sandstorm didn’t get the apprentice, Tawnypaw (was she the apprentice Sandstorm wanted? Who did Brackenfur mentor??), and she was mad.

As you can see, those lyrics match Sandstorm.
I also thought that Torn was a good match for Squirrelflight in Squirrelflight’s Hope. Here’s why. Brambleclaw/star was pretty abusive in that book, but Squirrelflight still stayed by his side, even when he was being a jerk. Here are the lyrics that matched her.

and

See? Definitely Squirrelflight.
On Me:
This song is definitely Sorreltail and Ravenpaw, and I will explain why. Sorreltail was the nicest warrior ever. She did things for everyone, like when she went to WindClan with Leafpaw, even though it wasn’t a good idea. In the end, she died from battle wounds wanting to protect her kits. Now Ravenpaw was always here for his friends. He fought in the battle with BloodClan, he helped his friends, and he was always there when they needed help. In the end, Ravenpaw died helping SkyClan.

Those lyrics are both for Ravenpaw and Sorreltail.
OMG What’s Happening
I found a few matches, Squirrelflight, Bluefur/star, Rainflower, and Crookedjaw/star. (if your wondering why I put their suffix then leader name, it’s because the things happened when they may of not been leader yet)
Now, you’re probably imagining this song is about something bad happening, and it kind of is. But, not quite. Just a simple breakup. All songs are about that these days……
This song is awesome and funny, it goes “Oh my god what’s happening I thought I was fine.” (haha hehe) “I told you I don’t need your love like three four thousand times.” (haaahaha) “But that’s a lie.No, I can’t look you in the eye. ohh I. Oh ohhh Iiiiiii.” Ha! That was from memory.. I am a fan of her songs. This song is kind of Squilf because she was a bit down about the Bramlestorm problem, but, it’s everyone else a lot more.
Rainflower:
This song is Rainflower because she had an EPIC meltdown when Stormkit/Crookedkit’s face was ruined. Then, she started hating him and changed his name to Crookedkit. Talk about favoritism… Once she found out that his face would stay ugly forever – I don’t find it ugly – she started ignoring him and gave him his own nest.

Basically, if Rainflower was singing this, she’d be like, ‘Oh, my god, what’s happening? Thought I was fine. His face looked fine three seconds ago and now I’m super mad because he’s ugly now. Oh whyyyyy, no you can sleep alone at night, oh yeah, oh yeahhhhhh.’ Sorry bout that…. But this song is also Crookedstar because he thought he was fine, then he broke his face, and now he doesn’t have his mother’s love and has to sleep alone at night.
Now, it’s Bluestar because she lost a lot of people in her life. The “I thought I was fine. I told you I don’t need your love like three, four thousand times, but that’s a lieeeee.” is her losing Snowfur, Oakheart, and her mother, Moonflower, because she’s sad and is trying to live w/o them but can’t.
