Spiritwind analyses CrowxLeaf and CrowxFeather!
Hi everyone! I’m Spiritwind, but I prefer Spirit that Runs In Wind. Keep in mind this is my own opinion, everyone has their own. With both she-cats, he loved both of them, so honestly, we can’t tell which one he loves more in any way. Let’s be honest, he’s had 3 mates in his lifetime, it’s hard to tell. Yeah, he forms lots of love inside that stone heart. I’ll stop blabbering. Let the article begin, starting with Feathertail!
We all know that Crowfeather, then Crowpaw, was and is a bit of a grump at (most) times. But during the journey, I believe, that Feathertail had normally calmed him when he was mad at something or someone. Feathertail defended Crowpaw, and loved him, we could all tell. To add on top of that, the journey took 10 days. Everyone had time to form a liking for each other. Off-topic, there was Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw, who formed a love for each other during this time. Feathertail saved not only the Tribe from Sharptooth, but all the Clans, and in my thoughts, Feathertail was number one thinking of the Tribe, and number two thinking of Crowfeather. That’s what I think, anyway, Erin never specified it.
Onto Leafpool! LeafxCrow seems a much more popular ship than FeatherxCrow, maybe because they had kits together, or ran away together. (Not to mention it has better art.) LeafxCrow, and I know you’ve heard this many times, is rushed. Leafpool thinks Crowfeather is cute, and Crowfeather thinks Leafpool is cute, and so later in Twilight I think it is, Crowfeather confesses his love for her and wants to meet him at Twilight. They talk at gatherings, and eventually run away. They were out for like 2 days. I think it’s super cute when they run away. That shows love. They ran away from everything, their parents, their siblings, their life, everything they knew.
I think it’s funny that Crowfeather only falls in love with cats from other Clans. He can pick any she-cat in his Clan, but he picks the ones outside of his Clan. That was off topic but still. In conclusion, I believe that FeatherxCrow is better, and he should pick her in StarClan. Thank you so much if you read this! Have an amazing day. I found Leaf x Crow very disturbing. Crowfeathers pressured Leafpool to leave her clan, Leafpool only went with him because she misunderstood Spottedleaf advice. Leaf only spend one night with crow and just happened to get pregnant on there first and only night together, making there love just an accident. Leaf x crow was the high school crush not Feather x crow. Feather x Crow was developed like it should be. FEATHER X CROW FOREVER
feathertail was not only twice his age but their love was a bit more like a crush you would expect someone younger to have on a much older teen. i actually didn’t even pick up that they liked eachother until a lot later in the book. I guess it was cute but it wasn’t really love. i think crow leaf was, even if it wasn’t the best relationship. at least they were similar ages though.
Crowpaw was actually OLDER then Feathertail. Crowkit was born in Fire and Ice and Feathertail was born in Forest of Secrets, the book after.
He was actually born in Firestar’s Quest. Also he never forced her to go, she could of said no and the authors have said that FeatherCrow was more of a high school crush.

Neither did LeafCrow though, if Feathertail lived both his loves would have left him. Yeah.
Only sometimes what the Erin’s say you can believe, just look at the dovewing eye color problem. In midnight crowpaw states he is so close to being a warrior and Feathertail had just become a warrior they are only 2-10 moons apart which is extremely close related age. Yesh, Brambleclaw was a warrior before squirrelflight was even born and your complaining about how feathertail is too old for crowpaw. The main series is more accurate then a super edition, Crowpaw was younger then Feathertail, the aligences in the super editions are very inaccurate, somthimes I find a dead cat alive or kits non existence. A high school crush is basically 2 people who like how each other look or the crush and person with the crush never meet or talk. They often do risky and not so smart things and deloup very quickly and tend to break up easily. What I said sounds exactly like leaf x crow. They fell in love within 5 seconds and ran of into the sunset when dating for only 2 months, Leafpool found her clan more important and left Crowfeather a real couple would have stuck by there mate.
So basically I am pretty sure that crow feather is ash foot’s son and ash foot was pregnant in fire and ice but then later she gives birth though Feather tail is way older than him by moons or maybe 1 year idk
Ashfoot had two litters of kits – you were thinking of Crowfeather’s older sibling that never appears later on. Crowkit appears as a kit in Ravenpaw’s Path as well, for some proof.
As I said warriors books outside of the main arcs often have age mix up’s. Maybe Ashfoot held Crowkit back from being an apprentice due to the war between Lion and Tiger

I personally think Leaf x Crow is better. In a one of the guides, it says (in Crowfeather’s POV) that his relationship with Leafpool is more dangerous and real, while his relationship with Feathertail is more like a apprentice crush. In ALitM, it says that Crowfeather greets Leafpool warmly but only looks at Feathertail “wistfully”. Besides, Feathertail now spends most of her time in The Tribe of Endless Hunting.
Cool article! On the contrary, I have a feeling that the authors will make Crowfeather pick Leafpool in StarClan – (this was said in a comment before me but) he was said to glance wistfully at Feathertail when he first saw her. Other words for wistful include regretful and nostalgic, so I think he was more like, ‘oh, there’s the girl I liked… I wish I had more time with her.’ Later on, when the Dark Forest patrol visited StarClan, he is shown to be *extremely* close to Leafpool. Feathertail even watches on jealously, haha. I feel like this is the authors way of showing that he feels more closer to Leaf than Feather, since he and Leafpool were alive at the same time far longer than Crowfeather and Feathertail.
As I said in the article, FeatherCrow were with each other much longer. They also never left each other’s side while on the journey, while Leaf and Crow had to separate during the day. Crowfeather also named himself after Feathertail. Just pointing this out. Wow I’m replying to a lot of stuff on this thing

Great Article, but both ships just utterly disturbed me. Crowfeather was OBSESSED with Feathertail and when she died, Crow seemed to lose it. He even went far to have his suffix be feather and even train an apprentice with the same prefix.
