Summer Gathering: Announcement!

I have a surprise for y’all! And considering the title of this post I’m sure you’ve already guessed what it is 😉 That’s right, we’re having another BlogClan Gathering! The current planned dates for the Gathering are July 30th and 31st ☀️

To those of you who haven’t been around for one of these or just need a memory refresher, a Gathering on the blog is when we all hang out on BlogChat and play fun games hosted by mods and non-mod volunteers alike to earn points for our respective teams. There’s also an art and writing contest on the days of the Gathering that gives you more of an opportunity to earn points for your team!

I thought it would be fun if we took suggestions for team names this time around! We’re planning on having three or four teams this Gathering, but drop as many team name ideas as you want in the comments 😎 Our teams last year were the Omnipotent Orcas, Cantankerous Clownfish, Dignified Dolphins, and Heroic Hermit Crabs!

Speaking of teams, I’ll need some volunteers to draw the official team art! Just contact me via a comment or discord if you’re interested and I’ll choose between whoever volunteers 🌊

I’ll see you in about a week when applications for hosting games open up and teams are announced 😀 I hope you’re all excited, because I sure am!
