Cats I think need a Super Edition by Echocreek

Echocreek lists cats they think should receive a Super Edition dedicated to them.

Today I’m going to be talking about cats who I think need a stand alone.
Warning: Slight spoilers

1) CINDERPELT
Seriously…. This cat needs a super edition. There’s so much of her story that would be fun to see from her point of view. What was it like having feelings for Firestar, and becoming Yellowfang’s apprentice? How did she cope knowing she was going to die? We could even go a bit further to ask what it was like being reincarnated into Cinderheart.

2) Fallen Leaves
I’m sure I’m not the only person who wants to know more about the infamous ancients who first inhabited the lake. We see a little bit of Fallen Leaves from Jayfeather’s POV but I think it’d be neat to know what his early life was like and how he coped with being trapped in the tunnels forever.

3) Brokenstar
I’m not sure what made me think of this one but a stand alone or even just a novella for Brokenstar could go a bit deeper into what it was like suffering teasing about having no mother and then being exiled and eventually killed by Yellowfang.

4) Sandstorm
I see no need to explain this one

5) Needletail
Needletail is such an independent and honestly fascinating she cat. True, she has her flaws, but that’s what would make her SE or even just a novella so exciting.

6) Frostfur
We don’t really know too much about Frostfur’s life except that she had multiple litters of kits. I think her stand alone could feature what life was like when she stayed behind and the clans left the forest.

7) Monkeystar
How did WarriorClan originate? What’s it like being split between kittypet and warrior? Did Monkeystar ever feel overwhelmed by the duties of being leader?

8) Rock
Rock is a cat I’d love to know more about. He has a noticeable presence in the books, but at the same time we don’t know much about him.
