Analyzing the cats that are known to be mary sues: Feathertail by Mothpaw

Mothpaw takes a look at Feathertail’s character.

Hi kits/apps/warriors/elders/ and medicine cats! Mothpaw here, or known as Mothy! As you can see, I will tell you my opinion about Feathertail, and if she is a mary sue. I know this is an old topic, but I thought it would be fun to write! (HUGE SPOILERS FOR A SHADOW IN RIVERCLAN)

If you don´t know, a mary sue has a perfect personality, with no flaws.

Okay, in A Shadow in RiverClan, Feathertail didn´t know where she truly belonged, with RiverClan or ThunderClan. But Stormfur knew what he wanted very well, he loved RiverClan with all his heart. Feathertail was very jealous, do mary sues get jealous?..
Back to the point, Feathertail soon went in a quiet phase, she cut connections with her clanmates and went to do what she thought was right. One time, a young warrior, Ferncloud crossed the line whilst trying to catch prey. Feathertail thought a little mistake couldn´t cause such drama and let Ferncloud have the fresh kill and go. Some warriors caught her and Leapardstar punished her and had her do apprentice duties. Feathertail made a mistake, and mary sues are supposed to have no flaws. Soon, Sasha joined Riverclan with Hawkkit and Mothkit. The day Sasha told Feathertail about Tigerstar being the kits father, Feathertail hated Sasha so much, yet she protected her kits. Is this the action of a mary sue or not? (Im not so sure myself.) When Sasha left she completely ignored the kits.
Now, lets go to Feathertail´s journey to the sun-drown place, where she died saving sharp-tooth and was soft-hearted and warm to others. This is where people assume immediently she´s a mary sue. But she did fall in love with Crowpaw, which was a mistake..
Then at death, she decided to walk the skies of the tribe instead of Starclan, do you think her clanmates approved well of her?
Feathertail is not a mary-sue! Yes she did some amazing things in her life, but yet she made some mistakes that added flaws to her personality. If you thought Feathertail was a mary-sue, I hope this convinced you she´s not!
