Giving Warrior Names to Kits that Never Got Them by Amberkit

Amberkit gives full names to kits who never received one.

Hello! I’m Amberkit, and today I’m going to give warrior names to kits that never got them. This is my first article, so it isn’t that good. Spoilers for a few series, novellas, and super editions.

1. Petalkit
Petalkit is one of Mapleshade’s kits that died in the river, and in Mapleshade’s Vengeance, Petalkit was the one who was really excited when she saw water. She really wanted to play in it, which is because she’s half River Clan. I think the name Petalstream would suit Petalkit.

2. Larchkit
Again, another one of Mapleshade’s kits that died in the river. I thought since Petalkit was named after her father (or at least her father’s clan), I thought it would be nice to name Larchkit after his mother, and he is said to have dark brown fur. So I think his warrior name should be Larchshade.

3. Patchkit
Patchkit is again, Mapleshade’s kit that died unfortunately in the river. The warrior wiki said that Patchkit is a patched ginger-and-white tom with green eyes, and a tiny bit of black fur. He lives up to his name, Patchkit, and his warrior name should be Patchfur, since that is why Mapleshade named him that.

4. Finchkit
Finchkit is Tallstar’s dead littermate, and the parents are Palebird
and Sandgorse. I’m not sure whenever she will want to be a tunneler or moor-runner, but I still think it would be nice to name Finchkit after Sandgorse, since she died in the tunnels. So it’s either Finchsand or Finchgorse, and I personally prefer Finchsand since it fits her description as a ginger she-cat.

5. Willowkit
Willowkit is the daughter of Crookedstar and Willowbreeze (yes she was named after her mother). She died with her mother along with her sister Minnowkit, because they all caught greencough. Silverkit (Silverstream) was the only kit that survived. It said that Willowkit is a smoky black she-cat, so I’ll think Willowshade is a good warrior name.

6. Minnowkit
Yes, she is Willowkit’s littermate, that died of greencough when she was still a kit. I can’t find much information about her, but considering how loyal her parents were, she would have a similar personality too. Minnowheart would suit her.
