Trails of smoke seems to
Hover in the air beneath the
Yellow sun that beams from the
Middle of the sky. The smog
Envelopes trees and buildings –
Farms, schools, houses – in
Every grasp of its finger-like
Astonishing form. Even
The strong wind that
Hurls gusts at the smoke
Eagerly cannot disperse the
Resilient blanket of grey.

Pretend these leaves are thyme leaves and here’s the perfect cake for your celebrations!!
