Winter Gathering – Signups and Information

Hello, everyone!! As you may have seen in The Blog Monthly’s Second Edition, we’re having a Gathering!! I’m very very excited to be co-hosting this event with the cooler than cool Osprey this Winter! Did you get the pun 😉

The dates for this Gathering will be February 4th and 5th! That’s right, this Gathering will last for 2 days! Coinciding with 2023, is the 20th anniversary for the beloved series that brought us all together – Warriors! It has been around for two whole decades now, and we thought it might be fun to do a little something to celebrate it. So….without further ado….here are this year’s team names!!

To sign up for a team, leave a comment here listing which team you’d prefer to be in from most preferred from least preferred 😀 There is no deadline for signing up for a team – we can even add you the day of the Gathering, but we’ll be releasing the official list a week before the Gathering!

Speaking of teams, we will need some official team art! Leave a comment here addressed to myself or Osprey, or send me a DM on Discord (Lil#0287) and we can chat!

This post is also where you can signup to host a Guest-Hosted Contest! Guest-Hosted Contests are when a member of BlogClan gets to host their own game on BlogChat ❄  Each contest usually lasts about 30 minutes each. The Guest-Hosted Contests will most likely last from around 2-4 PM EST (but exceptions can be made if necessary, and anywhere from 9-4 EST is fair game) and generally involve asking questions and awarding points to the team of the person who first got it right or gave the best answer. For example: Name That Apprentice, Guess that Quote, Warriors Trivia, etc.

You may submit multiple forms if you have multiple game ideas and there is a chance you will be asked to host more than one game if you did so ☃️ The schedule should be out next week, so make sure to have your form(s) submitted by then if you want to host a game. If you have a scheduling conflict and can only be available for a specific amount of time, let us know and we can adjust accordingly!
