Calmly, a cat perches by the
Little pool of water that formed
Overnight with the rainfall. Paws
Under its body, it laps at the
Dazzling surface that catches the
Fierce sun rays streaming down
All from the sky. Cool, clear droplets
Linger on its muzzle as it slowly
Lifts itself up from the ground.
