Stars are so beautiful – they hang
In the night sky as if suspended by a
Light and invisible thread just to be
Visible to us. I gaze at them for hours
Each night, absolutely captivated and it
Really seems like there is only me and the
Night, a dark pool of velvet that surrounds my vision;
Only one other thing seems to be in existence then: the
Stars, wonderful and bright, and shining for miles
Even to reach the window where I stand.
