A Detailed Analysis of Bluestar’s Family Tree by Moonseeker

Moonseeker details Bluestar’s extensive family tree.

Hiya everyone! It’s me, Moonseeker (aka Moon, Moony, or Moons!) with my second article! In my first article, I talked about Crowfeather’s ships and concluded that LeafXCrow was the best one. In this article, I’ll be giving a detailed analysis on Bluestar’s (who’s my fav character ;P ) family tree! Keep in mind, I’ll only be going over her blood-related family. So without further ado, let’s get this show on the road! 😀
Let’s start with Bluestar’s parents, Moonflower and Stormtail. They had two kits, Bluestar and Snowfur. Let’s start with Bluestar’s branch.
Bluestar mated with Oakheart and had three kits: Mosskit, Mistystar, and Stonefur. Mosskit died from hypothermia as a kit, and therefore never started a family of her own. Stonefur died as well and never had kits. Mistystar did have kits, however.
Mistystar mated with Blackclaw and had four kits: Pikepaw, Perchkit, Primrosepaw, and Reedwhisker. Only Reedwhisker survived to adulthood, however he didn’t have any kits. This ends that branch. Moving back up to Snowfur!
Snowfur mated with Thistleclaw and had one kit: Whitestorm. Whitestorm mated with both Brindleface and Willowpelt, having kits with each of them. Let’s start with Brindleface!
Whitestorm and Brindleface had two kits: Ferncloud and Ashfur. Ashfur never had kits, but Ferncloud mated with Dustpelt and had Birchfall, Spiderleg, Shrewpaw, Foxleap, Icecloud, Hollykit, and Larchkit. Out of them all, only Birchfall and Spiderleg had kits.
Spiderleg mated with Daisy and had two kits, Rosepetal and Toadstep.
Birchfall mated with Whitewing and had two kits: Ivypool and Dovewing. Both of his daughters had kits, so we’ll start with Dovewing!
Dovewing mated with Tigerstar 2 and had Rowankit, Birchkit, Pouncestep, Lightleap, and Shadowsight. None have kits, so that ends that branch. Back to Ivypool!
Ivypool mated with Fernsong and had Bristlefrost, Thriftear, and Flipclaw. None had kits. Moving all the way back up to Willowpelt, Whitestorm’s other mate! She and Whitestorm had three kits: Rainwhisker, Sootfur, and Sorreltail. Only Sorreltail had kits.
Sorreltail mated with Brackenfur and had Cinderheart, Molepaw, Honeyfern, Poppyfrost Seedpaw, and Lilyheart. Only Cinderheart, Poppyfrost, and Lilyheart had kits. Let’s start with Cinderheart!
Cinderheart mated with Lionblaze and had Fernsong, Hollytuft, Flywhisker, Snaptooth, Spotfur, and Sorrelstripe. Only Fernsong, Spotfur, and Sorrelstripe had kits. We already covered Fernsong’s kits, so let’s start with Spotfur!
Spotfur mated with Stemleaf and had three kits: Bristlekit, Stemkit, and Graykit. That ends that branch. Going back to Sorrelstripe!
Sorrelstripe mated with Dewnose and had two kits: Bayshine and Myrtlebloom. That ends that branch. Now, time to go all the way back to Poppyfrost!
Poppyfrost mated with Berrynose and had Molewhisker and Cherryfall. Neither had kits, so let’s go back to Lilyheart.
Lilyheart mated with Snowbush and had Honeyfur, Larksong, and Leafshade. She also fostered Twigbranch. Only Larksong had kits.
Larksong mated with Sparkpelt and had Flickerkit, Nightheart and Finchlight. Flickerkit was stillborn, while Nightheart and Finchlight don’t have kits. That ends that branch!
