Hiya, people! It’s Rosefern again, and I’m going to be doing Warriors characters as my current fav songs. They may be about personal experience, moments of the characters life, just the vibe the song gives off, or characters personality traits that seem to be expressed in the song, or more than one of those! So, without further adue, let’s goooo!!!!
Song #1: Eyes Wide Open by Sabrina Carpenter
This song reminds me just a lil bit like Squilf in the way that Squilf cuz she knows exactly what she wants, and strives for it. Squilf does what she thinks is best for her kin and her Clan, she has a thirst for knowledge, too, and she doesn’t give up , she got her eye on the prize she won’t stop until she got what she wants / needs.
Song #2: Set It All Free, by Scarlett Johanson
This song is a definite Violetshine! I love Violetshine for perseverance, which is a little about what this song is trying to portray I think, Violetshine she kinda had a tough life but she was a good sport about it, and when in SkyClan, fighting for her Clan and and her devotion, to Tree, this is definite perseverance.
Song #3: Crowded Table, by The Highwomen
So, this is a bit about personal experience, too. Last year in chorus, when it was announced we would be singing this, there were a bunch of protests like “Oh, not this one this is just the inspirational song my mom plays” etc etc, and I don’t know why people take one look at it and are like “Eww, it’s a dumb inspirational song!” or something. The song itself is actually really good and has feeling to it. Some passion.
So, I will say this loud and clear: this song is a Spottedleaf. I have no shame for liking Spottedleaf who gets way too much hate based on when people just look at her for the first few times in TPB. When we read from her POV, in Spottedleaf’s Heart, she is strong and passionate, nothing like the annoying-Mary-Sue first look we get of her in TPB. Besides, Spottedleaf helps and encourages cats from StarClan, and is there anything wrong with that? Is there anything wrong with a song that is inspirational and encouraging? This is why this song reminds me of Spottedleaf.
Song #4: Follow You, by Imagine Dragons.
This is a favorite-characterMoment type thing, this reminds me of Star Flower’s relationship with Clear Sky. Star Flower gets too much hate cuz of her origins, but she helped ClearSky see the love of a mate and kits, helped him become a better cat. This is just the sorta vibe this song is giving off in my oppinion, helping someone with there issues I think.

Song #5: Trustfall, by P!nk
This comparison is a bit about personal experience as well as a bit of certain-moment-by-a-character, too. I used to think of P!nk as just one of those annoying people who swears in her songs too much, but yaaa if I look deeper I see songs that are actually really good, below all that mass of annoyingness. Just one reason this song is a Crowfeather.
Crowfeather, he has so many layers to him. On the outside he’s a grumpy, rude, repulsive old furball and below that he’s a little clueless, like he doesn’t know how to treat people, particularly those who are supposed to be close to him, like his kin, after the accident with Leafpool etc. Below that he just wants to love somebody, like Leafpool or his kits, or Feathertail, just he likes the feeling of loving somebody, wants to, but doesn’t know how. Last layer, he’s rebelious, wants to be out in the world where he can just do whatever, and where he thinks how much better it would be, or at he did. Just another thing the song Trustfall touches on, what would happen when certain things were different, would it make life better or not, typa thing.
Last song: Wildest Dreams by Taylor Swift, a song I’ve taken a liking to recently…
Leafpool Leafpool Leafpool. I might make a song article about this, cuz I have some ideas, I might not.
Partly cuz the first lines of the song strike me as Crowfeather from Leafpool’s perspective. Like, let’s get outa here, kinda thing. That’s one thing, also, reminds me a bit about Leafpool and Crowfeather’s relationship with Leafpool, just like even though they left each other, they always remembered each other in that way like when they were in love.
That’s it for me! This article was really fun to write!
