Why WindClan is Underrated by Hollykit

Hollykit shares why WindClan is underrated by the fandom.

Hi! Hollykit here! Today, I’m going to explain why I think WindClan doesn’t get enough love and attention!
First things first, they are literally the underdogs. They are allies with ThunderClan, and they basically have no glory. None at ALL.
Also, they are only “popular” when they are being – 1. Attacked 2. Driven out 3. When *cough* thunderclan *cough* needs them, and 4. Very, very rarely, in fights when they win.
They are barely mentioned. It’s all in ThunderClan or ShadowClan, or RiverClan. “ShadowClan watched Berrykit screaming,” or “ThunderClan are snobs,” or “Sunningrocks is ours!” etc., etc. They didn’t even get much popularity when, say, HeatherLion was happening, or CrowLeaf. Once the Great Journey was over, they went back to that Clan basically no-one cares about.
After the tunnel drama was over and the kits were saved, snap-snap, same thing. ThunderClan is always the main Clan, and I feel like, I don’t know, they’re *cough* OVERrated *cough*- And, yes, I know WindClan is liked by a lot of fans, but, well, I really feel like they just don’t get enough time and glory in the books. Even when Crowpaw/feather was in the group going to find Midnight, he was pretty much, simply, the group’s snob who wasn’t really paid attention to.
I wish WindClan had more popularity and just time in the books. They have a lot of amazing characters, (Onestar, Tallstar, Crowfeather, etc.) and I’d love to see more of them in the future.
They may be seen as underdogs-I mean, undercats, but there is much more to them than meets the eyes.
I think that WindClan definitely deserves more attention. They are loyal to each other, fierce, swift, and strong, and there’s much, much more to these moorland runners and rabbit hunters than the other Clans (and maybe you!) think.
This is why I believe WindClan is underrated, and that they deserve more attention and interest. So, Erins, please give us a little bit more of the Clan of undercats!
