This is my first article and I am so exited! There are so many opinions on the Crowfeather ships so I had to add my own to that overflowing sea.

Crowfeather is one of my all time favorite warrior cats. He has such a great personality and is always loyal to his clan. He doesn’t just think about himself and is always protecting his loved ones without hesitation. Although he may seem like a grouchy badger, behind all his actions is considerate thinking about the situation. I think he deserves the absolute best.

Feathertail:
I know that if Feathertail had survived, Crowfeather would have had a caring mate. During the journey, Feathertail taught Crowpaw how to fish which was probably forbidden cause their from different Clans. She also cheered Crowpaw up many times which proves they trusted each other. This trust is a very important part for a relationship.

Here comes the BIG part… Feathertail died for Crowpaw’s life.
I mean, of course she also wanted to help the Tribe of Rushing Water, but it was mainly for the protection of her love. This really was the true captivating factor of her personality that really led me to think she was amazing.

Another reason I now respect Feathertail is because when Crowfeather fell in love with Leafpool, she didn’t tell him to stop, she encouraged him which must have been hard. Then she had to watch them together from StarClan when if she hadn’t died, she would been in Leafpool’s place.

Anyways, Feathertail would have been an amazing mate for Crowfeather. Although this didn’t work out, I love the two of them together.

Leafpool:
If I am being honest, the start of this relationship was really weak; all of a sudden we hear that they are in love, but…. They got along very well.

Just seeing them together made my paws tingle! It broke my heart to know they just couldn’t be together. Leafpool was a ThunderClan medicine cat and Crowfeather was a WindClan warrior. Their relationship was double forbidden.

Now I see that that this is the reason Leafpool deserves Crowfeather. She lost her position as a medicine cat and lost her kits as well as her mate, Crowfeather. She even had to see her former mate with another cat, but she still stayed strong and loyal.

I do think when she agreed to running away and then rushed back home, she hurt Crowfeather which makes it hard for me to forgive her.

Nevertheless, the two are a good pair but still have some flaws.

Nightpelt:
No.

I bet you probably know why they don’t go well together but when I think about it, it was probably Crowfeather’s own fault so I’m not going to criticize Nightpelt too much except for saying that her attitude towards Leafpool could have been the slitest bit better. She just didn’t even consider how Leafpool was feeling.

Anyways, Crowfeather never loved her or their son Breezepelt. He only became Nightpelt’s mate to prove his loyalty to the Clan.

To sum up my thoughts; I think they should never have been together.

Last Note:
While writing this article I have realized that I enjoy seeing Leafpool and Crowfeather together the most even though in the end they didn’t work out.

Well that’s it! Thank you for reading this article and I hope to be writing more for BlogClan soon! – Slypaw
