Why I Don’t Like Hollyleaf by Hollykit

Hey, guys! Hols here, and today, I’m giving you guys the reasons why I don’t like Hollyleaf, the daughter of Leafpool and Crowfeather.

Hollyleaf OBSESSES over how cats shouldn’t break the Code because ‘Oh no, that’s soooo terrible!’. Then, she breaks it pretty much at least once per book. In The Sight, she leaves camp AS A KIT. In Dark River (I think, its been a bit since I read that one XDD) she leaves her territory to go nose around in RiverClan’s problems. I don’t remember much on Outcast or Eclipse, but in Long Shadows, she kills Ashfur, and she actually, a while later, tells Dovewing, “We have to let the warrior code rule our hearts. The death of a warrior does not mean victory.”, and then reveals the truth about her parents because killing Ashfur didn’t do anything. So basically, I can’t really list every time she breaks the code because my fingers hurt already, but the basics are she obsesses over how the Code is LiFe, yet breaks it at least once a book, at least in Power of Three. And again, she killed Ashfur, and killing is pretty much against. The. Code. Then, later on, she pretty much yells at Leafpool, and while that’s not really against the Code, its just mean. Then, after revealing Leafpool, Crowfeather, and Squirrelflight’s secret, she finds deathberries and tries to get Leafpool to eat them, and only lets the medicine cat go when she says she has already lost everything, and it’d be worse for her to stay alive. Then she abandons her Clan because she hates that she is a half-Clan and a medicine cat’s kit, running into the tunnels. She later becomes JEALOUS of Dovewing since she is one of The Three and not her.
So that is why I don’t like Hollyleaf, and for people who do, this is just an opinion, so please, don’t get salty with me! Anyway, I’m glad StarClan has guided your paws on this path, and I hope to see you around the Clan.
