BlogClanners In the Spotlight : Eagle’s Tour Edition

Hello BlogClan !

I hope you’ve all seen the exciting announcement from Lilybreeze – the Moderator Team is going on tour !! Our brand new albums, all covered in Lil’s announcement will be the centre of it, but we couldn’t have got this far without the incredible band members themselves. So, I arranged an interview with a few members of the band to answer some of your questions and give you a better idea of where our wonderful group formed from !!

I hope you enjoy this little insight into the world of these incredible musical artists.

What inspired you to get into the musical world in this way?

Eaglebreeze: My cat, Honey! She hated the sound of viola and flugelhorn, but then I discovered her love of guitar, so of course I had to take up guitar instead so she would be purr-leased!

Lilybreeze: Those that know me know I’ve always been very into poetry and songwriting. When the idea of a Blog Band was proposed, I, of course, jumped on it. I love working with all of the Band Moderators members, and the whole process is very interesting! The idea of a tour definitely drew me in further, and with an album named after myself, how could I resist?

Snowbreeze: I always knew I was naturally talented at everything I decided to try, so I opened my mouth one day, sang forty notes in rapid succession, and stunned myself with my own beauty. I practically fainted from my awe and had to be revived by one of my workers who gives me sparkling water and grapes. I knew from that moment on that I was too good to not jump on whatever fame I could monetize. My fellow Blog Band members also promised to make an album named after me, so that of course also influenced my decision.

Ospreybreeze: I was inspired to get into the musical world thanks to my dog. You see, whenever she’s hungry, she would come up to me and stomp her feet until I fed her. One day, she came up to me and stomped a rhythm that was so amazingly… perfect! I was instantly inspired to try and match my dog’s level of creativity, and I started playing the drums! Interestingly, the rhythm my dog stamped appeared on Tim McPaw, from the Maplor Drift album!

Pinebreeze: Long story short: one day, I was walking around Mew York (which, of course, you have to check out “Welcome to Mew York” from the best album on our tour) and I tripped and fell into a dance studio! It was quite the fall, so I ended up stumbling all the way into a pile of radioactive satin ribbon. The ribbon wrapped around me, glowing golden, then fell away, and I hit a gorgeous pose: my magical girl transformation was complete. I could suddenly dance in any pair of fashionable shoes, whether it be my highest heels, sneakers, really any shoe that fits. Everyone was drawn to my amazing dancing, so I figured, why not join the hottest band on the blog and get some money for it? Ever since then, I’ve been stealing the spotlight and dancing with the Blog Band!

Goldenbreeze: I was inspired to be the legal defense for our amazing band due to past slanderous theft accusations I was a victim of. I, of course, definitely did not steal Viper’s lunch money, rob a bank, or commit embezzlement! Anyways… I am determined to protect our amazing band members from similar slander!

What location are you most looking forward to touring around?

Eaglebreeze: The Hazelpage for sure! I know I will have an amazing time there being caught in the chaos of … currently tyres and crayons whilst trying to play! I’ve always loved crayons, so tasty 🙂 My favourite kind are the blue flavour! If the audience is lucky, maybe I will even give out a few autographs…

Lilybreeze: I’ll definitely have to go with the Apprentice Army Headquarters for this one. They’ve been loyal to me since before the Band ever began, and have remained so since. I’m SOOOO excited to give back to them in this way. At least one song will be, of course, dedicated to them. Perhaps, “You’re a Senior Warrior, Kid,” from the Moonlights Album (BCV)? It feels fitting!! Overall I’m so grateful they gave me this opportunity, and I WILL be available for autographs after the show!!

Snowbreeze: There are plenty of wonderful locations, but I would have to go with the Polls page. That page gets a lot of traction, making it already filled with an active and receptive audience. And then afterwards, audience members could have fun polling on which of our songs they liked the most, although I bet it’d be hard for them to choose!

Ospreybreeze: I’ll have to say the Rotation Page for this one! It is of course the best page on the Blog, because, y’know, I run it! In fact, in honour of this momentous event, I might make a Rotation Round inspired by our amazing band. Keep your eyes peeled for that…

Pinebreeze: Please, you know all too well that it’s the Tavern! The biggest crowd by far, with fans from all over–why, I’ll just be enchanted from hearing all the hubbub about how much everyone will love our performances. I suppose a close second would be the Raincloud–it’s lesser known and quieter, but I love to chat up close with my biggest fans and check in with them.

Goldenbreeze: I of course have to go with The Musical Discussion Page! As an apprentice, before I was a lawyer, I had a multitude of tours, singing Hamilton songs with fellow musicians as it was formerly the Hamilton Discussion Page! This location holds incredibly fond memories for me.

What’s your favourite of the albums you’re performing on tour?

Eaglebreeze: That’s so difficult – do I have to choose an album? The best part of course is the tour itself, named after the best person!

Lilybreeze: If I don’t say Fearlil what am I doing with my life? All of the songs on it are amazing, and it’s written and sung by me. Even named after me! The title should be taken as a warning if this is not your favorite album. Of course, I doubt that will be necessary, as it is obviously everyone’s favorite album.

Snowbreeze:Snowklore, AKA mine, of course. That album showcases the best of my abilities. The way my band members perform it onstage is truly a sight to behold. What’s not to be excited for? I would also say Snow on the Breeze from my fellow band member Moonbreeze’s album Moonlight is another good track, since it’s about me.

Ospreybreeze: Of course Osp! It amazingly fuses country and pop, and the cover is simply outstanding! Every song on there is amazing and I’ve listened to the entire album 22 times! I can’t wait to play our set from it on tour 🙂

Pinebreeze: There’s no question about it, it’s obviously 198Pine! Nothing says style like a fan who loves my namesake album–it’s got all the feels for any mood you might be feeling, and so many iconic songs, you’ll be breathless from singing along. I suppose one I like listening to is Snowklore, for all the Sad Girl Vibes™️, but don’t tell Snowy I said that!

Goldenbreeze:I unfortunately will not be performing (unless the amazing band members bring me on stage, of course). However, a favorite album of mine is of course Viputation as it showcases the Blog Band at its best, fighting against the evil Spam Monster with flame torches provided by Vip! Of course, Vip’s past as my medicine cat apprentice further endears it to me, and I could not go without saying Fearlil is also a favorite. My two amazing accomplices apprentices have come so far! ❤️

Anything you want to say to the fans whilst we have a captive audience?

Eaglebreeze: Captive? What do you mean? They’re obviously here out of free will! Of course … *laughs nervously*

Lilybreeze: Just a big ol’ thank you for letting the Band come around, and selling out all of our tour locations!! We really appreciate you, and all the support will certainly help us top the charts against our Number 1 Band Rival, the Spam Monsters!!

Snowbreeze: Thank you all for your unwavering support (even though you only found out about our band just now), and just as Lil said, we’ll show that other band Spam Monsters who’s boss! Unlike their band campaigns that try to sell you stupid stuff like online websites and gourmet coffee beans, our band on this online website doesn’t do anything of the sort. Buy our tickets now!

Ospreybreeze: Thank you for our support towards us, and I hope you’ll enjoy the best show you’ll ever see in your life!

Pinebreeze: Thank you so much to all the fans who’ve brought me to where I am today–I couldn’t have joined the Blog Band without all of my adoring fans who gave me my start when I was just a boring, magical cat with special dance powers. We’ve persevered through all the questionable prescription ads the Spam Monster has thrown at us, and the invisible string tying me to you all leads to this one tour, the tour to end all tours! I hope you all enjoy (you have no choice 😀)!

Goldenbreeze:Thank you for your unwavering support and love! We all appreciate you so much and I look forward to Meet and Greets with each and every one of you! Anyone want my autograph? 😉

And that about wraps up this interview with the incredible band !! Give them a round of applause everyone, and get ready for the Eagle’s tour to begin! It’ll be a tour to remember, and I’m sure you’ll all be excited to join us in the future. Tickets on sale now, come and get them before they run out, you wouldn’t want to miss this!
