I hope you’ll like this cake which I chose out for you! It’s chemistry themed – it may not have benzene rings on it but it does feature bi-molecular nucleophilic substitution (SN2) and unimolecular nucleophilic substitution (SN1)! 😛 🧪

(Fun fact: I actually had an organic chemistry test today with SN2 and SN1, which we learned about as mechanisms with different degree alcohols, and why tertiary ones react fastest with a nucleophile)
