Hello and welcome๐!!! Today we will try to unfold some mysteries surounding Warriors world like how old are the clans and in which age do they live in(2029, 3008,2801?) and some others. Lets start!:
How Old Are The Clansโณ
This is going to be a very hard mysterie. We know that the oldest cat was 15 years old so the clans are at least more than 15 years old. My guess is that they are over 50 years old. What I also know is that cars existed when the clans begun and I think the cars where modern cars so not the ones from the 1800s and those where invented in the 1980s, which is 44 years away from now. BUT our oldest cat was 15 years old. On google it says elders are about 8-12 years old and there have been at least 1 elders every clan leader. If we can find the number of leaders for most of the clans we could find the time they are in. There have been 9 clan leaders in Thunderclan not including Squirrelstar. So 9×8= 72, this means the clan are 72 years or older. So what I think is that the Warriors world is not in our 2024 but maybe in a distant future because the modern cars are 44 years old and the clans are at least 72 years old. I think that if we should add 5 years to our 72 years which is 77. So the answer we got is that the clans are 77-90 years old. I hope I am right please correct me in the comments.

Well what is going to help us is our last question. I think the clans start in about the year 2000. So now we add 77 and that gives 2077. So the clans are in about 2077.
Is there an afterlife for cats that are not Warriors ๐
Well, we know that Jake was in an afterlife that was not Starclan. Maybe Starclan created an afterlife for cats who are not Warriors but are honorable? We also know that one of the afterlife’s is being a ghost; Darktail and his dead friends became ghosts until Ashfur recruited them. So our answer is that yes there are many other afterlife’s.

The Clans were founded in the early 1920’s, and I’m pretty sure the modern stories are supposed to take place now. Idk about the dead cats but I feel like maybe ghosts? Idk lol great article anyways!
I think that’s a good guess as to the time of DotC. Cars (monsters) were commonplace by the 1920s and they were capable of killing cats.
As to the afterlives, we know that Ravenpaw chose not to go to StarClan because he wanted to be with Barley after Barley died, but he was able to visit StarClan to give Bramblestar a life. So there’s some other place for cats like him to go after death.

Iโve thought about some of these mysteries before and I believe I have rough answers to some of them.
โHow old are the Clansโ: According to the authors, 100 years passed between Gray Wingโs death and Bluestarโs birth. Bluestar was about 7.75 years old at her death. Birchfall was born close to the time Bluestar died, and is still alive now. Birchfall is about ten years old. 100 + 7.75 + 10 = 117.75. The Clans are roughly 117.75 years old.
โWhat age are the Clansโ: There isnโt a terribly good way to estimate how old the Clans are. But some interesting things we do know are that Riverstarโs Home featured a supermarket and that the modern Twolegplaces in the series donโt seem terribly advanced (the series is set in Great Britain). There were also cars in DotC. All of this in mind, Iโm going to make an extremely rough guess that Riverstarโs Home concludes around the year 1950. That would set Wind in the year 2067. That sounds wrong- the Twolegplaces in the later books seem very similar to modern ones in the real world. But I donโt know how to find a more accurate answer.
โIs there an afterlife for cats that are not Warriorsโ: Yes- Jake is confirmed to be a part of it. Also, the authors said that Tom resides there, being taught by kinder kittypets how to live peacefully.
