Why I don’t think Tom is the father of Turtle Tail’s kits by Butterflywing

Hello sweet blogclanners!! Back with a new article here! In this article I will discuss why I don’t think Tom is the father of Sparrow Fur, Pebble Heart and Owl Eyes. Let’s dive in!

Okay, we all know that Turtle Tail left to become a kittypet and then came back pregnant with what is said to be Tom’s kits. Well, I don’t think so. Okay, let me explain.

First of all, none of her kits look like Tom.
Owl Eyes, Sparrow Fur and Pebble Heart look nothing like Tom! Sparrow Fur has tortoiseshell fur, Pebble Heart with his dark pelt and Owl Eyes with his grey… that grey pelt is kinda similar huh? Yes, I’m thinking about Grey Wing. What if Grey Wing actually is the father of Turtle Tail’s kits? ALL of her kits look like him, am I right? Tom has bright orange fur, which none of kits have. Hmmm… it could be possible right?

Let’s move on. Turtle Tail left for a couple of moons, and she could have been pregnant with Grey Wing’s kits WHEN she left. A queen is pregnant two moons, so, Turtle Tail could have become pregnant with his kits when she already lived as a kittypet. Turtle Tail may have not known that Grey Wing was the father and just thought Tom was. Omgg!! This theory is kinda wild lol.

My third thing to discuss is Tom’s acting around his kits. Well, he never acted like a father around his kits and never truly cared for them. So it hit me that he may not have even known it was his kits at all! Omg this is so exiting I can’t-
Anyway Grey Wing did act like a father and did care for the kits deeply. In DoTC we share Grey Wing’s relationship with the kits.

I’m gonna summon this in my opinion, which is that Grey Wing is the father of Turtle Tail’s kits. Not Tom. Owl Eyes, Sparrow Fur and Pebble Heart may be his kits. Well, I may be wrong but this is just a theory -cries because I want this to be canon- okay. I don’t know if there was anything else. WAIT!! I JUST REMEMBERED.
