Happy Clanniversary, Snowbreeze!!

In 2016, on this very day (October 20th), our beloved moderator and friend, Snowbreeze, found her way to the Blog. Now, we get to celebrate another year that she’s made amazing simply by being here <3333

Happy Clanniversary, Snowy! You are one of the most sweet, authentic, thoughtful, and understanding people I have ever met. You have an amazing sense of humour, and I love our regular conversations on Discord!! You are so friendly, safe, and approachable, and all your comments and messages are filled with so much warmth and friendliness! You’re just such a genuine person, and the Blog is so lucky to have had you here for eight years! I can’t think of anyone with a nicer vibe or a kinder heart than you. I’m so happy I met you, and that we’ve become such good friends <333 Wij houden van je!

I believe that these are pofferjes – a Dutch batter cake dessert that is kind of like pancakes, but fluffier!! (I can’t really tell the difference between mini pancakes and poffertjes, so we’ll just pray that I got it right 😛 /lh) Regardless of which they are, they look delicious, and there are plenty to share with everyone!
