Rating Clan leaders by Jackdawpaw

Hello, this is Jackdawpaw here with my… 11th article? Oh, jeez, I need to calm down. Anyways, which I think the title betrays, here I’m going to take a look at some Clan leaders and rank them. I’ll try also not to look at how much I like the character, but how well they served their Clan and how good leaders they were.

Bluestar – 7/10

I HAVEN’T READ BLUESTAR’S PROPHECY YET SO PEOPLE, FORGIVE ME. I don’t know much about her super edition besides her falling in love with Oakheart, Mosskit dying, and Oakheart saying some really discomforting stuff like “I wanna know what prey you pick from the fresh-kill pile 😩”. Anyways from what I’ve seen in TPB, she’s a good leader to begin with, but then when Tigerstar Sr. betrays her, she… we all know what I’m talking about, and it wasn’t so nice. Once again, don’t judge me too hard, okay!

Firestar – 10/10

Okay, so I should know Firestar, at least, unlike Bluestar. I’ve read his super edition too but that’s unfortunately not going to help me now since he didn’t spend time with his Clan then. Anyways, though I think he’s a strongly overrated and basic character, he was a really good leader. I just think he was a bit too reluctant to fight at some points, like, just do it. But, he did make ThunderClan strong, save the forest, you know, he did main protagonist kind of stuff.

Skystar – 8/10

And this actually shocks me, cause I hate Skystar, but if there was anything he was good at, it was leading. Though, he’s far from perfect. He was kind of stupid at times, letting his Clan starve, and started way too many battles if you ask me.

Nightstar – 9/10

I don’t know why I chose to bring up Nightstar cause he’s not such an important character, but I just like him. And, even though he wasn’t a “real” leader, I’m giving him a 9 because I’d rather have him than Skystar.

Tigerstar Sr. – 6/10

I mean, technically, he was quite a good leader, but when he got cats in his own Clan (or, RiverClan, in this case), murdered, he wasn’t that nice anymore.

Onestar – 7/10

Terrible cat, yes, but not THAT terrible against WindClan. (Forgive me again, I know NOTHING about Onestar’s Confession except I think it includes at least one chapter with Onestar’s pov). Like, he was still loyal, at least.

Crookedstar – 10000/10

I HAVE TEAD CROOKEDSTAR’S PROMISE! Yes, in fact I have! And what can I say, he’s amazing, like, the only wrong he did was letting ShadowClan hunt on his land (I don’t blame him) and I still think it’s pretty obvious ThunderClan has more right to Sunningrocks than RiverClan.
