Judging StarClan’s Decisions by Azaleapaw

Hello, I am Azaleapaw and this is my first article! I will be judging StarClan’s decisions, comparing them to other scenarios, and seeing whether they were right or wrong!
Ashfur- StarClan or Dark Forest?
I know that Ashfur should have gone to the Dark Forest either way, but I want to do this anyway.
Accusations: Attempted Murder, twice.
Reason: Towards the middle of The New Prophecy, Brambleclaw and Squirrelpaw got into an argument, so Squirrelpaw started hanging out with Ashfur in an attempt to make Brambleclaw jealous. This led Ashfur to believe that Squirrelpaw liked him. When Squirrelflight and Brambleclaw forgave each other, and became mates, Ashfur got angry at Squirrelflight for breaking up with him and choosing Brambleclaw over him.
Crime 1#: In Twilight, I think, Leafpool got the prophecy, “Before there is peace, blood will spill blood, and the lake will run red.” This is referring to Brambleclaw killing Hawkfrost. What happened was Hawkfrost lured Firestar into a fox trap. When Bramblestar found him, Hawkfrost told him to kill Firestar nine times. Instead, Bramblestar killed Hawkfrost. Hawkfrost’s last words were, “Fool! Do you think I did this alone? Do you think you’re safe inside your own Clan? Think again!” Hawkfrost was telling Brambleclaw that a ThunderClan cat helped him kill Firestar.
In Long Shadows, Ashfur reveals to Lionblaze, Jayfeather, and Hollyleaf that he helped Hawkfrost try to kill Firestar. He says, “Who do you think sent Firestar the message to go down to the lake, where the fox trap was? This means he is guilty of attempted murder, at least by association. And that brings us to his second crime.
Crime 2#:
In Long Shadows, there is a fire on ThunderClan territory. When Squirrelflight tries to help her adopted kits Jayfeather, Lionblaze, and Hollyleaf escape, Ashfur blocks their path. He says to her, “You don’t understand. This is the only way to make you feel the same pain that you caused me. You tore my heart out when you chose Brambleclaw over me. Anything I did to you would never hurt as much. But your kits… if you watch them die, you’ll know the pain I felt.”
