Warrior Cats last words by CloudPaw

CloudPaw lists various last words spoken by characters in the series.

**Warning for Spoilers I think!**

So, uhm- first of all, when I say ‘last words’ I mean when they were alive, not in StarClan or the Dark Forest. Hopefully to clear things up. Anyways, CloudPaw/Song here, and today we will explore some last words (in no particular order)!

1 – MapleShade. “Leave me alone. I don’t need anyone.” …Sure you don’t, MapleShade… sure you don’t… you know, It’s kind of funny and sad that MapleShade killed so many cats, and yet she died to an APPRENTICE!!! Not an warrior, not an crazy rogue, an apprentice! You know, the one who said they were an RiverClan Warrior when at the time they weren’t? To be fair though, PerchPaw was out for blood, but still!

2 – AppleDusk. “Just leave!” … Is it ironic that both AppleDusk and MapleShade’s last words were talking about leaving? Eh, I’m not sure I care, I don’t really like AppleDusk tbh.

3 – RavenPaw. “I will wait for you. Wherever you are, I will find you.” … that’s cute and kind of creepy at the same time, because on one paw RavenPaw is so emotional and open to Barley, but on the other, he’s implying he’s going to stalk Barley…? You know what, let’s move on…

4 – RaggedStar. “Archeye, Poolcloud, eat your fill. Frogtail, you can take out an hunting patrol and see if you can restock the fresh-kill pile.” These are actually his last known words, correct me if I’m wrong? Anyways, I find it funny that his last KNOWN words were literally just orders to the clan…

5 – RavenWing. “Mapleshade! What are you doing here?” Well do I have news for you RavenWing! She’s here to kill you for her misguided revenge before she dies to an apprentice! Congratulations for earning yourself an spot on her victim’s list! In all seriousness though, It’s sad that RavenWing died because he was doing his duty as medicine cat 🙁 – rest well in StarClan.

6 – SilverStream. “Good-bye, Graystripe. I love you. Take care of our kits.” and then you supported him cheating on you with another cat!! Oh, and your kits either died the next arc or left the clans entirely! Your kits might not even be in StarClan! Wow!

7 – BrokenTail. “What have you done? I can’t… can’t feel my paws. Can’t breathe…” Nooo, why?! Why did you make his last words so sad Erin Hunters?! WHY?!

8 – Scourge. “How… I killed you!” Funny story, Scourge, have you perhaps heard the myth that cats have nine lives? Well, for leaders this myth isn’t an myth because the world your in is an fantasy! Wow, shocking!

9 – WhiteStorm. “Trust your heart, Firestar. You have always known that Graystripe is the cat StarClan destined to be your deputy.” WhiteStorm, WhiteStorm, WhiteStorm… do you perhaps know that later FireStar re-elects BrambleClaw to deputy? I know, so terrific!

10 – DarkStripe. “There’s nothing left… It’s all dark — everything’s gone…” That’s basically what he said. And also- why? I’m starting to think it’s an common trend to make bad cats last words sadder than good ones… One more thing- was DarkStripe in his emo phase when he said this?

11 – SootFur. “Can’t… can’t climb…” Out of everything this is probably one of the most random I’ve added. I just thought it’s both an funny last thing to say and also really sad…

12 – CinderPelt. “ We cannot change our destiny. We just have to have the courage to know what it is, and accept it. StarClan are waiting for me. Goodbye, Leafpool.” 🥲 facts.

13 – HawkFrost. “Fool! Do you think I did this alone? Do you think you’re safe within your own Clan? Think again!” I mean… I would say your the fool if not for the fact BrambleStar then got controlled by jealous SquirrelFlight Stalker sooo…

14 – MudClaw. “Liar!” This reminds me of TigerStar’s last word of ‘Traitor’. How do they convey so much emotion with one word? Who knows?

15 – HoneyFern. “My blood is on fire! Help me, please! It hurts so much!” This girl’s on fire~ Seriously though, why is this so sad?!

16 – LongTail. “ Then I’ll get it!” Rumors say he got squished by an log before he could come back with the mouse… MouseFur was distraught and in tears!

17 – RedWillow. “Your time is over. You’re nothing but an elder growing old over and over. Why don’t you just give up and die?” And then he himself dies! Congratulations on jinxing yourself! Also, how rude, how could you tell them to KTS?

18 – MouseFur. “You took your time. Always late, that’s your trouble.” Noo, why did she have to die the same arc after LongTail?!”

19 – FireStar. “You lived like a rogue. You can die like a rogue.” 🤓 Erm, actually, you can die again as an spirit like an rogue! Seriously though, how did you lose all your lives before SandStorm and GrayStripe?!

20 – Rainswept Flower. “How could any cat starve here? There’s so much. Wanting more is just greedy!” Ah, such true words. If only she didn’t die.

21 – Quiet Rain. “I forgive you, Clear Sky, and now you must forgive yourself.” … wow.

22 – SandStorm. “Don’t worry, Alderpaw. I’m going to be fine, and we must set out again soon. The… the others need us.” No you won’t be SandStorm! Also the other words were actually in an dream so SandStorm wasn’t saying anything while alive.

23 – DarkTail. “Follow me! If you’re smart enough, retreat with me — you deserve to survive!” You know, for an big bad, that sounds like something an good cat would say, don’t you think?

24 – OneStar. “You would never have made it as a warrior. You would have been better off as a kittypet.” You wouldn’t know that because YOU NEVER EVEN GAVE HIM AN CHANCE TO PROVE HIMSELF!!! NO WONDER HE’S MAD!

25 – JuniperClaw. “ Tell Tigerstar I’m sorry.” He’s sorry… and he still ended up in the Dark Forest?! Seriously StarClan?! He was doing it because he thought it was for the good of his clan, and yet you let APPLEDUSK and ASHFUR into your ranks?! What’s your logic?!

26 – NeedleTail. “Run! Now! Make this count, Violetpaw!” No matter what I will still never like NeedleTail. Though I can agree this is one of the best things you can say as your last words.

27 – Micah. “I’ll see you again. Next half-moon maybe.” Haha, as an spirit, yeah! Also, why is this so sad?

28 – One Eye. “If you want a fight, I’ll give you one you won’t forget — because you’ll be dead.” Then One Eye dies. Seriously, what is with all the jinxing?!
