Good morning/afternoon/night, BlogClanners! ‘Tis I, Firekit, back with another article! This time it’s about Google Translating Bluestar’s Prophecy characters, English to Quechua! Let’s see how this goes!

Bluestar -> Bluestar said

“Bluestar said…” what? What did Bluestar say? This one is pretty funny, GT.

Moonflower -> The moon’s flower

This would most likely be Moonflower’s Tribe of Rushing Water name. “The moon’s flower”. Not too bad, GT.

Snowfur -> Qhichwa

Ummm…is this in another language? Pretty ironically, “Qhichwa” translates to “Quechua” in Quechua’s language.

Pinestar -> Pinestar is called

“Pinestar is called…” what? What is Pinestar called? Like Bluestar’s, the translation stops in the middle of a sentence.

Stormtail -> Storm tail

I hate to admit it, but this is the most accurate translation yet. Just a space. Pretty good, GT.

Sunstar -> The sun is the star

Ummm…I don’t really know what to make of that. It’s like Sunstar, but… “the sun is the star”.

Sweetpaw -> Sweet potatoes

Okay, I’m cracking up at this one. Sweet potatoes! This one is great, GT.

Swiftbreeze -> Fast wind speed

Accurate for Swiftbreeze…sort of.

Thistleclaw -> The tide is

This one is…interesting. By ‘interesting’, I mean it makes no sense. It stops in the middle of a sentence, like Pinestar’s and Bluestar’s. “The tide is…” what? What is the tide? Pretty funny, GT.

Tigerclaw -> Tiger claw

Finally, an accurate one. Like Stormtail’s, it’d be the same if it weren’t for the spaces.

Leopardfoot -> Leopard’s foot

This one is actually pretty accurate. Not bad, GT.

Patchpelt -> Patchpelt said

“Patchpelt said…” what? WHAT DID PATCHPELT SAY????

Poppydawn -> Apples

Ummm…what? How does “Poppydawn” relate to “Apples” in any way?

Whitestorm -> White wind

Not that accurate, but I’ll take it.

Rosetail -> Pink sucks

This is undoubtedly the most hilarious translation yet! How does “Rosetail” relate to “Pink sucks” at all? Sorry to all pink lovers! Rosetail is telling you that pink sucks!

Lionheart -> Lion’s heart

Pretty accurate, though not nearly as funny as Rosetail and “Pink sucks.”

Adderfang -> Adderfang is a character

Ummm…Adderfang is a character. GT actually got that correct.

Windflight -> Run with the wind

Sort of accurate for Windflight.

Crookedstar -> Crookedstar is a star

Oh wow. What on earth happened here? Crookedstar is a star…GT, Crookedstar is a cat, not a star.

Cedarstar -> Cedar star

FINALLY, an accurate one.

Goosefeather -> Goose feather

Wow, GT, two accurate translations in a row!

Featherwhisker -> Feather hair

Oh StarClan. Why did Goosefeather call his apprentice Feather hair?!

Shellheart -> Shellheart is the name

Shellheart is the name. Moving on!

Hailstar -> Hail star

Pretty accurate, GT!

Heatherstar -> Heatherstar is the name

Pretty much like Shellheart’s translation!

Talltail -> Talltail

I cannot tell you how relieved I am right now. Finally, a one hundred percent accurate translation!

Brambleberry -> Brambleberry

Wow, two in a row accurate translations!

Mumblefoot -> Mumblefoot said

Oh my StarClan, this is getting annoying! “Mumblefoot said…” what?

Larksong -> Larksong is the name

GT…WE ALL KNOW LARKSONG IS THE NAME!!!

Weedwhisker -> Grass hair

So…I think, if I’m correct, “weed” translates to “grass” and “whisker” translates to “hair.”

Stonepelt -> The stone stick

Great StarClan, what happened here?! ‘The stone stick’? Did Jayfeather trade his stick for a stone? Bad Jayfeather!

Thrushpelt -> Thrush

GT…Thrushpelt has a suffix, you know.

Oakheart -> Oakheart said

Ohhh, I get it now! Oakheart said that he likes Bluestar!
