Honoring the Forgotten Cats by Dawnkit

Dawnkit shines the spotlight on forgotten cats in the series.

Okay, I get it. Most of you know me as Dawnpaw/song, but in the allegiances, I’m a kit, and I forgot why I decided to do that. Soooo I’m Dawnkit now. Anyway, my name doesn’t matter, this topic does! Let’s get started!

Rosetail. One of my favorite names! Everyone just… forgot about her! Nearly nobody on BlogClan remembers her! Why, what is so forgettable about her? Her gray tabby fur, her kinship with beloved Sweetpaw, and remembered Thistleclaw, her distinctive bushy rose-colored tail?! Who else has a characteristic red tail? How about the remembered REDTAIL?! Her amber eyes? Spottedleaf!!! Trying to get Bluefur to mate with Thrushpelt, just like remembered Thrushpelt was trying to do?! And then she nobly sacrificed herself while defending the ThunderClan nursery from Blackfoot. Why Blackfoot? Just why? And then everyone just goes and forgets about her! How could everybody?! And then the Erins is like ‘oh, shes just an elder, we need to get rid of one, so Rosetail sounds like a good sacrifice.’ WHAT?! That TRIGGERSme! No one has even written a complete article about her! I should do that later when I’m ready to research Rosetail, but so uncool, Erins! Rosetail deserved a mate, kits, and a good life! Now time to go on.

Sunpelt and Fallensnow. Unless you’ve read SkyClan’s Destiny a million times or you’ve actually spent time on Warriors Wiki, you don’t even know who I’m talking about, and you’re staring at me as though I’ve said a word like Endoplasmic Reticulum. (Comment if you know what that word means 😛) Anyway, that’s not important, Sunpelt and Fallensnow were SkyClan warriors when they were being driven out of the forest. Sunpelt and Fallensnow died in a battle with rats. Oakstep wanted to go back to get their bodies, but Spiderstar doesn’t let him. Sunpelt, Fallensnow, Oakstep, Spiderstar, and Brackenheart, who hopes their spirits go to StarClan, have never been talked about! This is so unfair! Make articles about the forgotten cats, people! And I don’t mean the typical forgotten cats, like Frogleap, who everyone loves, I mean the forgotten forgotten cats… like Sunpelt and Fallensnow!

Finchstar, Ripplestar, and Marshscar. Unless you REALLY love Warrior Cats, you don’t know what I’m talking about now. They appeared in Code of the Clans. (IDK but I think CotC) Ripplestar leads ShadowClan to attack the other Clans at a Gathering, and Finchstar and Ripplestar showdown on the Great Rock. StarClan gets mad and sends down lightning, which strikes the Great Rock and kills Ripplestar, and Marshscar accuses Finchstar of doing so. Finchstar adds a new rule to the Warrior Code about attacking other Clans at Gatherings. Actually, I could keep going into forgotten Code of the Clans characters, which I might, because pretty much all of them are never talked about, but I’ll search for other characters.

Fury. Very little is she ever mentioned! I’ve only found one article about her. One! And shes an important character in Graystripe’s Vow! I used Fury as a name for one of my most troublesome characters in a book which he is always causing trouble and escaping obedience school… 😛 Anyway, I’m getting off-topic so I’m going back to Warriors Fury. Please, write articles about her! Fury deserves to be remembered! Please!

Please, write articles about the characters I mentioned. Don’t credit me! They must be remembered, they must be put on BlogClan for everyone to read about, especially Sunpelt and Fallensnow, because everybody on BlogClan probably don’t know who they are!
