I’ve been working on Poisoned Honey for a while now, and in it Honeyfern is this evil, murderous, revenge-hungry cat, so it’s sometimes weird for me to read about canon Honeyfern and remember, Oh, yeah, she’s not actually evil, that’s just an AU. 😛

I head canon Honeyfern sounding like Eliza from Hamilton.
Honeyfern and Eliza actually have lots of similar personalities- they’re both very kind, loving to their husband/mate, and generally good characters.
Honeyfern and Berrynose’s relationship also happens to remind me a lot of Alexander and Eliza’s loveboat in the musical.
