  • I’d like to talk to Stormi, Dawny, Lil, Nilla, and Emby about an idea I have. Could it be possible for me to have an assistant? You see, I’m in a different time zone and I can’t cater for blogchat parties. If I had someone who could, they could go on my behalf! Mind you, they’ll start out as a plongeur (look it up!) and work their way up the ranks. What do you think?

    • Hello! We will discuss this idea together and get back to ya, keep an eye out for it. Since your position hasn’t been announced officially yet (mainly because we didn’t hold try outs and plan for this to be around after you’re gone), maybe you could check in with Flintpaw about having them help you? I know they’ve been wanting to be more involved.

  • Hello everyone! I hope everyone is doing alright today. We just wanted to pop in with a quick question for all of our wonderful army members.

    Do ya’ll have any feedback for us? Positive, negative. Something you like, something we should do again, something you’d like us to change, new position ideas, etc.

    • The apprentice army is a really nice place! The apprentices are so kind and everyone works hard to make it a fun group! I also like how there are parties and events during the holidays. 🙂

      One possible idea is that we could have a deputy. Another idea is a secretary, someone who possibly documents things the apprentice army does. Another idea is the apprentice army could hold “special meetings”, and another idea for a rank is ….dhgghhkjg I’m not sure what you call it 😛 …. like someone who does lots of creative stuff, for example draw pictures of the apprentice army, advertise, things like that.

      One thing that would be a better change for the apprentice army is possibly “expand”? So anyone can join, not only apprentices?
      And have people feel more included. Sometimes I feel left out of the apprentice army. (mostly because I don’t have discord) I’d love to be more involved and help out more, and it’s hard to do that I don’t have discord. Some other fellow apprentices might feel this way. Every apprentice has BlogClan, but not every apprentice had discord. Though I know it’s much simple to plan and communicate on a place like that.
      Maybe we could be more open and make sure to include everyone in activities and chats, etc. etc.

      We get together and have fun, that’s what the apprentice army is for. But what if we added a little more? Not a lot, but something like spreading kindness and awareness about global warming and pollution. Maybe we could have small positive challenges or have another party on Earth Day. I don’t know 😛
      We’re a small community but it’d be nice to do something, even if it’s a small something. 🙂

      All in all, the apprentice army is a brilliant place and doesn’t have much need for improvement, because in my opinion it’s already awesome!

      • I love all of these ideas! For the deputy point, we currently have that in the form of second and third in command, so I’m not sure if we need to add another position for that. I love the secretary idea! I feel like we do, do a lot and it would be nice to have record of the things we do and be able to keep track of them! That’ll definitely be something to consider in the future.

        Could you expand more on the “special meetings,” point in your comment?

        For the note about Discord, I’m glad you mentioned it. That is definitely a problem within the army. The majority of leaders are on Discord, and we do a lot of our planning on there. Maybe we can brainstorm some alternate ways to communicate? Discord has simply been the easy way out, but a lot of members are excluded that way (especially due to the age demographic the Army is targeted at).

        For the person in charge of art, I love that idea as well. If anyone would like to volunteer to design things for the Army, we are always in need of things like that.

        I also love the idea of positive challenges! Maybe we could do things like “open the door for someone today,” “talk to someone you don’t normally talk to,” “treat yourself,” etc. And we could start doing weekly mental health check-ins so we can support one another.

        I love the idea of doing events on Earth Day and things like that! Maybe we could also do something on the Anniversary of the Apprentice Army?

          For the special meetings, I was simply thinking of something like a Clan meeting or a Gathering like from the Warriors books; maybe we could get together on a “gathering” secret page once a month moon, and we can talk about how we’re doing and our plans for the next month ahead…jhkjkh I’m not sure- I didn’t actually think that through very much 😛

  • Heyo! How’s everyone today? I just realized how inactive I’ve been and probably will be especially this week! I have…… a lot of stuff going on this week (dance, Girl Scouts, all county chorus, etc.) so I decided to come on here!

    • No worries! I’ve been pretty inactive too 😛 You sound very busy!
      I’m doing good, I got a panic attack this morning because my guinea pig didn’t look to well, but I think he’s doing better now and I’m really relived. We might take him to the vet just in case, though, but I’m just happy he seems better.
      How ’bout you? 🙂
      Also, I love your Halloween name and am hanging onto every last bit of Halloween joy left so I’m really happy to see jack-o-lantern emojis again 😛

      • Meh. It could’ve been better of course I have a freaking cold which meant I have to get tested for COVID it came back negative thank god. And then yesterday was a super long day cuz all my classes sucked except like one and then I auditioned for a solo in chorus and then was shaking all through ELA and I hate my Spanish class everyday so yeah
