I love Hawkfrostit’s been a looooooong time since I’ve done character refs for my main story soooo here 😛
her name’s Neva!! she’s a medic, and her mom died in a landslide when she was young. she also loves picking flowers and decorating her feathers with them!! and her feathers are cool because in the daytime, they look like this, but at night they just kinda change to be black with white spots and feather-tips 😛 (which is what the lil circles on the right are for)

so the other day, i realized it had been about a year since the last time i made luna (lunar hearts) a ref sheet. yeah. a long time. i’ve been wanting to redo it for a longggg time, but i finally got around to it a week ago, and it’s also an (about) one year redraw, so you can see my improvement! 😀 it’s not like… my fav thing i’ve ever drawn, but even if you don’t take into account my improvement with shading and lighting and things of the sort (which is honestly where i think i’ve improved the most haha), i’ve still improved a lot! here’s her new ref 😀
and then, if you can handle the absolute horrors of my old art, here’s a side by side comparison:
that was when i had just started drawing human fullbodies. trust me, we all start somewhere, and it’s not pretty 😛anyways yeah just wanted to share, moving along now! 😛 (i’m proud of my improvement tho haha)
