I thought that tomodachi life was a happy game.
I have the demo and i wanted to start over so i went to the town hall and clicked “delete save data”
The game did the whole spiel and it said it in my character’s voice, the one based after me- “do you really want to delete your save data?” with an image of my character running in slow motion, like it was trying to stop me or something. i clicked yes. “are you sure?” i clicked yes. next, the screen read “are you really really sure,” but the character’s voice said…
“please…don’t….delete….me…”
…i feel so guilty….because i clicked “yes.” the image of the character running (MY character) got farther and farther away until it disappeared as the voice went “why? noooo!!!!!” and i felt really, REALLY guilty.
then it told me that everything was deleted and to press the home button to exit the game and restart.
before i did, right as that screen popped up telling me that everything was gone, the character’s voice that i thought was gone said one final thing- “well, i guess that’s it.”
which is weird because according to the internet the game is supposed to say “i hope we can meet again someday” or “you may have deleted everything, but we made lots of great memories!” not “WELL I GUESS THAT’S IT.”

I went to a cat home today! They didn’t have as many cats as I expected, but they were all really cute. I sat beside one for most of the time, just chilling together, and there was this other one that I played with that reminded me of my aunt and uncle’s cat, Zeke. They both have black fur, even! But this guy had strikingly neon green eyes and was super cute.
Also, I got a cookie cat!

Yeah! You could pet all of them except for this little adorable calico that is known to bite, but there was this adorable yet really shy kitty who had just arrived that only sniffed my hand and nothing more 🙂 the cookie is just a normal vanilla sugar cookie, but it’s really pretty 😀
