Today I decided to get off my lazy butt and do something semi-productive, so I made some iced tea! I had trouble boiling the water (it should be illegal to have to heat up water to make a supposedly cold drink 😛 ) and “brewing” it (what does that even mean?) but eventually, after 15 minutes and wayy too much sugar it was done. after it cooled off I tried to get my 11 year old brother to try it but he sniffed it, said it smelled like “some sort of herbal drug” and refused to taste it 😛 to me it smelled perfectly fine, and “some sort of herbal drug” was somewhere along the lines of what I was aiming for, so I was pretty satisfied with his comment 😉 I took a sip and probably lost 10 years from my total lifetime (it tasted like wet leaf juice- which is kind of what it is in a way, actually 😛 ) but it wasn’t entirely inedible, so I’ll probably finish it anyways to save my pride 😉

Also, a few days ago we were at the zoo and a bird landed on my head and stayed there for 5 minutes straight. One of the rangers took a picture and put it on their Facebook page rip
