Heya guys I need help. I’m trying to change my account’s e-mail to my own, and not my mom’s (lol) but when I click the confirmation link in my inbox, nothing happens.. Is this how it’s supposed to be, so I just have to wait or is something wrong?
I’m not really sure! The email we currently see listed as your account’s email is the one that starts with a k! I’m… not sure if that’s useful to you, but obviously I don’t want to list out the actual email so hopefully that’s enough for you to identify which email is currently listed as the one in your account 🙂

They retired! Mods retire from BlogTeam by choice whenever they’re ready and feel like their time as part of the active team has concluded. :3 They are still well-loved and welcomed by the whole of BlogTeam.

I still can’t figure out how to get an image on here that can be seen without having to go to imgur. Right now the only way I can get the link to end in a .png or .jpg is by dragging files into my browser, but the link contains personal information. Is there any way I could fix this?
As far as I can tell from the method you described, that wouldn’t have worked either! If you’re unable to use imgur, I think freeimage is another free image hosting site. If you have access to Google Hangouts, you can send images to yourself and copy the image URL, which shouldn’t contain nay personal information in the URL 🙂

Is being a mod, fun? Yes I know how vague that is but still
Hmm, that’s a complicated question. It has its ups and downs, just like any other job or activity. I would say that while modship has a lot of difficult moments at times, I enjoy the work I do and love my colleagues. Some of the work becomes routine over time, not necessarily fun or unfun, but neutral. Some things, however, will always be fun. I love this job. <3
Some parts of it are fun, some parts aren’t 🙂

I noticed that after a few weeks, my Clanniversary still hasn’t been added to the calendar. I submitted it as August 11, but it could be August 10 or something else and I don’t remember. Did I make a mistake, or did I accidentally not submit? Or are you guys not really looking at the calendar which I would understand since there are probably a lot of comments to mod.
I think it should be showing up now ^^ Events, in general, are added automatically to the calendar if their publish date has passed, so no mod is really necessary in the process. Sometimes, though, there are some glitches where a mod has to fiddle with something on our side in order for an event whose publish date has passed to show up on the calendar.
Do all the mods know each other? Like, more in-person then on BlogClan?
Not necessarily! Some of the older mods who have now retired did know each other in real life and I have met Birchy in-person since we live pretty close to each other, but most of us are just internet friends 🙂
I sometimes get worried because of the fact that we’re all just internet friends… 🙁 I don’t want to accidentally give away personal info, but I LOVE BlogClan <3
If you’re chatting on BlogClan, us mods will edit out any very personal info 🙂 So you don’t have to worry as much on that front!
