  • this is the fernclan rp page. here is a little info about fern clan
    fernclan is a clan that lives in forestry areas, they hunt woodland creatures and sometimes fish.

      The tom woke up, and looked around the den. It was mostly empty, which meant most of his clanmates were already up. Kiteleap stretched, and padded out of the den. He spotted Songstar over at the fresh-kill pile, and walked over.

      • Hi this is the fernclan camp, I checked the character creation page but you weren’t there. please create your character. also this is an rp were we build up the camp, clan, conflicts and stories form scratch, that also includes the clan growing in numbers, I do appreciate you joining and I will add kiteleap to the allegiances, this is just a heads up for what is going to happen further on and to tell you how happy I am that you joined. also this is not part of the rp

    • Songstar noticed two cats come into the clan
      “Welcome, I’m songstar, and this is fernclan camp. currently in the clan there is. me, me, me,. yes I’m very lonely. but now I’m not because I have you here, what are your names” she meowed excitedly

  • Songstar padded out of her den and looked over the clearing that was going to be her clan camp. there was a hollowed our rock that she claimed as her own den. there was a hollow log that could be a den. a very old badger set that could be used as a den once reinforced. there was a huge honeysuckle they could use as a den. that leaves only 3 dens. she could roll over some logs and place them against the tree nearby to make a den. she glanced around the camp, there was another rock formation that could be made into a den. then she spotted it. a huge bramble bush. Perfect. she jumped off of her rock and into the forest. she quickly gathered a paw full of leaves and headed for the bramble bush. she Carefully hollowed out the bramble bush, care full not to hurt herself. then started bushing the leaves into the walls making sure that no thorns are showing. then she fetched a mouthful of moss and placed it on the ground as bedding. Perfect for the nursery, with thorns on the outside and leaves on the inside, she thought to herself as she admired her work.

  • “Moving on to the next den” meowed songstar, she hoped someone could come soon to help her out. she walked over to the second rock formation. she padded inside, it was hollowed out, similar to her den. but on the walls were claw marks, the and long. what ever had caused the marks was long gone. now it makes a perfect medicine den and using the claw marks as shelves, they are perfect to store herbs. sh squeezed out of the future den and out into the forest. she returned wit a bit of moss and spread it out on the ground. next she moved to the tree, it was hollow and if she laid a few branches on the tree and secured them in place it would make a perfect apprentice den. she padded back into the forest.she spotted a thick branch. and quickly went to pick it up. by the time it was dawn songstar had gathered a good pile of branches. she decided to take a break from building and get herself something to eat.

    Swirl raced through the forest, smelling the forest scents. She slowed down as she reached a clearing, she started to get excited as she spotted another cat, she padded up to her, curious, “who are you?” She asked

    • “Greetings” meowed Songstar to the stranger “I am songstar, leader of fernclan,” she narrowed her eyes trying to decide if she should trust the stranger or not. finally she decided to show her around, she padded up to her den, “this is my den” then walked over to the other rock formation, “this is the medicine den” then she headed over to the bramble bush “this is the nursery, I’m currently working on the apprentice den, I know it seems a little empty, but there is one person.” she meowed, “KITELEAP” she called to a hollow log, there was rustling then a cat poked his head out of the log

        Swirl stared at the empty clearing, excitement prickling her paws, “my name is Swirl” she said, remembering her manners, “um…” She stared at her paws, “do you think I could join?” She asked hoping Songstar would say yes

        • Songstar studied swirl, she was young and good use to her clan, Kiteleap obviously wasn’t going to help.
          “Very well, you can sleep in the nursery, once the apprentice den is finished you can move in,” she insturcted, “But for now let’s go explore our territory, ” she meowed then walked out of the, soon the two cats were in the forest, “I hunt well in forests, for example, mice, voles and shrews, if I am to teach you I should know what I am teaching, so we will mark our territory at the edge of the trees” she meowed

          • Songstar walked to the edge of the trees, rubbing her pelt on every bush and tree, beyond the trees on one side was a beautiful meadow, the two cats moved along the edge of the trees until they came to twolegplace, “twoleg place,” she growled “we better stay clear of that” she said and walked at the edge of the twoleg nests to mark their territory.

              “I am SO sorry Songstar. I was out hunting for some prey because I noticed that neither of us had eaten since yesterday morning.” He paused, glancing at the newcomer. “ Who’s this?” He asked his leader.

              • “This is swirl, We are just marking our territory, also thanks for the prey” she meowed, making it clear how grateful she is that the tom finally arrived.

    • “We are just going to mark our territory today, we can set up the apprentice den, tomorrow, I’ve already gathered the logs, we just need to set them on the tree,” she meowed then led the cats around their territory. it was Sunset when the group arrived at camp, Kiteleap had caught a vole and Songstar taught Swirl how to catch a mouse, Songstar let swirl and kiteleap have the vole, she went over to her den and went to sleep.

    • Swirl watched the exchange between the two, before slowly backing up. She silently started stalking a mouse she had smelled, keeping low she pounced, and brought it back to them

        The tom stood up. He walked off to the half finished warriors den. He thought to himself, “I will definitely finish that tomorrow.” Kiteleap pulled together a nest from the bracken and moss around him and curled up to sleep.

    Songstar woke up the next morning, she squeezed out of her den and padded over to the pile of sticks and started lying them around the tree.

      Swirl padded into the camp, carrying fresh-kill, “good morning” she said, setting down her prey, “are you hungry?”

      • “Good morning, You can have the fresh kill I’ll hunt for myself once I’m finished” she meowed then dragged another branch and laid it on the tree.

        • Swirl shrugged, before bending down to take a bite, after she finished, she went over to where Songstar was working “do you need my help?” She asked

          • “yes, I need some moss to strengthen the bottom of the sticks and help root them into the ground, could you go fetch me some?” she asked

            • “sure” Swirl said, before walking out of camp, she came back with sticks and moss, and set them down in front of Songstar, “do you need me for anything else?” She asked, wanting something to do

              • “You could help me set up the rest of the den, make sure to do it well this WILL be your future den.” she replied

                • Swirl nodded, and got to work. She carefully wove the sticks into the sides, and patched the holes, “is that good?” She asked Songstar

                • Songstar looked at Swirl’s work. she did really well.
                  “Yes it is perfect” she meowed approval in her voice

    • Songstar walked up to the medicine cat, “How is the herb storage going?”

    “Hey Rockfur!” He called as the tom walked into the den. “I think I have a thorn in my paw. Could you look at it?” He then realized that Songstar was next to him and shied away. “Well, I geuss you are kinda busy. I can come back later. “

      Songstar padded towards her den, she noticed speckleshine (Speckleshine sounds a lot like a canon name, huh) the started walking toward her.
      “are you ok?” she asked the she-cat.

    Swirl padded to the entrance, right before going out she remembered she has a leader. She walked up to Songstar, and waited to be acknowledged.

          • Swirl nodded and dashed out of the entrance, excitement running through her. She dropped into a crouch, smelling a squirrel, she quickly chased it, but just missed it as it fled up a tree. She froze as she smelled another scent, following it she came up on a Kittypet, she slowly circled around, and blocked the kittypets way out, “who are you?” She asked, stepping out from where she was hiding, “who are you?” The Kittypet asked, unfazed by Swirl’s snarl, “you have no more right to this forest than I do” she challenged, “what’s your name?” Swirl asked, more curious then suspicious, “I’m Ash” the Kittypet said, “Well Ash, come with me” Swirl said, leading her to camp, she padded in and walked to Songstar

              • “this is Ash” Swirl said, “I found her wondering around, and wasn’t sure what to do so I brought her to you” she watched for Songstar’s reaction, and wasn’t prepared when Ash spoke up, “I don’t see what the big fuse is about” she said, “I have as much right to this forest than you do” she casually licked her paw, “who are you any way?” She asked, looking at Songstar
