My favorite Warriors book is a three-way tie, between A Shadow in RiverClan, Crowfeather’s Trial, and Moonrise. I like Crowfeather’s Trial because I find the plot and overall theme touching – I adore the father/son bonding moments and forgiveness shown between Crowfeather and Breezepelt (and Nightcloud, too). I also love Heather x Breeze, most of the mentor/apprentice relationships, and the battles against the stoats were interesting to read about. I like A Shadow in RiverClan because it has a special place in my heart as the book that really got me to start liking Warriors. I also love seeing my favorite character, Feathertail’s, backstory of sorts, the illustrations were just wonderful, and again, I liked the plot and the theme of forgiveness and moving forward. And I like Moonrise because it was new and riveting to learn about the Tribe of Rushing Water, I liked the distinct personalities of most main(er) characters, Feathertail was great again, and… FEATHER X CROW!!!! (My favorite Warriors ship) I was so sad when Feathertail died, but it was a very well-written book and death scene.

My least favorite… hmm. Fortunately for me, I haven’t read Tigerheart’s Shadow or Spottedleaf’s Heart – which seem to be the two most hated Warriors books according to the replies to this poll – so I’m unsure, since no other books are as engrossingly bad, in my opinion. I slightly dislike Sunrise and Twilight, though.
