I’m not sure actually 😛 It’s some random cat I found on the internet that looks like my purrsona! I’ve also been told it looks like she’s wearing a graduation cap but it’s just a picnic table’s leg 😛
The goals are rather personal but one thing I’m trying to do is become better than I already am at Physical Education! I know I have much more potential than what I’m doing already, and I want to get on a few teams next year, but I really do enjoy running, even though there isn’t a team, so that’s what I’ve been doing along with writing, I’m pretty sure my max speed is 12km/h, and the goal I want to set is 15km/h. I also want to write more books too!

I’ve been doing treadmill to increase my speed, I’ve tried 12 km/h but quickly burnt myself out, so i stick with 9.5 km/h and sometimes 10 or 11! I also use the weights (only 5kg or 5 lbs, not really sure, but the main point is it’s really light :P) and another piece of equipment I can’t name to train my arm muscles because so far they are blades of grass 😛, I also try holding a plank and add 30 seconds each day! I’m currently at 1min and 30! What do you do for exercise?

Those are some really good tips, I’ll have to try some of those! I don’t really have a rock-solid routine for working out but I do planks sometimes and try to time myself using the microwave 😛 I also do push-ups and squats a lot. Oh and I dance a lot in the musicals I do so that helps bc we work out before rehearsal sometimes to tone our bodies!
Oooo…. For King and Country has some great songs but my favorite is probably Cheering you On, so maybe listen to that one first? Unity is also a really good one 😀 Do you have a favorite singer/band?
