The Hug Page is here. Because, whoever we are, we still need hugs. This is still the best place to come if you’re feeling sad and need a hug from BlogClan…

If you know other hotlines that provide support that are not on this list, feel free to contact a BlogTeam member to add it to this list.
Regarding replies that mention or are about religion: Generally, religion should be avoided when replying to other people to give them hugs, such as stating that you will be praying for them. However, exceptions will be made if the person asking for hugs is asking for prayers from people who practice the same religion as them or if they are open about what religion they practice. Otherwise, people who do not practice the same religion or do not practice any religion should steer clear of providing religion-related comfort if they don’t know if another BlogClanner practices a specific religion.
A note from BlogTeam: From now on, we will no longer moderate comments on the Hug Page that go into specific detail about events. Instead, commenters will post in a vague manner, such as “I’m having a bad day, I could really use some hugs”, and other BlogClanners are welcome to provide comfort and support. This change is not because of any specific event or person, but because it is extremely difficult to mitigate questionable comments and determine what parts of certain comments are suitable to moderate, as well as making sure that replies with advice are in no way harmful to the original poster or others. If you ever feel like you need advice about a serious situation, you are welcome to reach out to BlogTeam, because your health and safety is our top priority. However, no one on BlogTeam is or has ever been a mental health professional in any way, and all we can do is provide advice. We implore you to always reach out to a trusted adult or hotline (listed above) about a situation that worries you. You are still welcome to come to the Hug Page if you need any hugs or comfort from your BlogClan peers, but the cause of your distress can no longer be explained——no matter the situation. Thank you so much for understanding <3
I was having a really good day today then something happened that I don’t really want to talk about. But the thing is that this has happened before and I try to shrug it off, but it keeps happening nearly everyday. I need hugs please
*Hugs* *Hugs* *Hugs* Whatever it is, I hope you feel better soon! We love you! <333333
Wolfy, if you don’t want this to happen anymore, then I’d tell an adult or stand up for myself. You don’t deserve to get your day ruined over something that someone else has done and I apologize for their actions and hope it gets better. 💛💛
The thing is the thing that ruins my day IS an adult and when I’m defiant they take away my devices and now I can’t go to my bsf birthday party because of it and I really don’t want anything else taken away and I just got my phone back
That sucks Wolfy. People can be very mean sometimes. *Lots of hugs* i hope things get better! <3
If it’s an adult, than that’s a totally different situation. I’m sorry that this is happening. If it is a parent or guardian, then I understand that they would take away your devices if you were defiant, but if it’s not, than I think you should really tell a trusted adult or parent. Also, you could say how you feel and that you really want to go to your friends birthday. *hugs*
aaa i can relate to the concept of that a lot :’) i hope u feel better soon <3 *hug*

Looking around at all the things in the world, it’s hard not to feel hopeless. From trash on the street to children getting taken. I wish teenagers had the power to make an impact. All we can do is look ahead, plan the future, and help in every way possible. All this has been very devestating to me, and I found these thoughts helped. I hope others feel the same and look forward to their future. Remember you are loved, appreciated, and noticed no matter how deep in faults you feel! I hope you have a good day!
Teenagers do have the power to make an impact. It’s never too early or too late to start helping our planet and our people.
Kids can pick up trash. Kids can donate food. Kids can take bikes instead of cars. Kids can donate clothes and books and toys, use better items for the planet, spread kindness and love for people and the planet.
We can do all of these things. And why wait till the future when we can all do this now? It doesn’t seem like much, but every person counts. Things would be worse if you didn’t do anything, than if you did a little, step by step.
And thank you! That’s really kind and inspiring! <3
While this is also true, sometimes we can’t because of our parents and what we can afford or what we have to do to take care of ourselves and our mental health.
But if you’re a teen and do have the chance to do these things, do it for those of us that don’t have the chance yet!
I guess, but you don’t really need money to pick up trash or buy one good reusable bottle instead of lots of plastic ones. Donating is free too! Unless you’re referring that people might need the things they have and can’t afford to buy more of.
And since nature is actually really important for our mental health…
“Spending time in nature has been found to help with mental health problems including anxiety and depression. For example, research into ecotherapy (a type of formal treatment which involves doing activities outside in nature) has shown it can help with mild to moderate depression.”
You have great points, though, especially about the parents part. I’m just a planet protector nerd so please excuse me flaring up over this :/
Nah, I’m just saying that while there are things we can do, it’s not like we can make all the decisions because we’re still under our parent’s roof. Everyone has a different situation in life, some people have more ability to help than others and those that can help the most should definitely be doing that.
Yeah, it’s true. We can recycle all we want but the big companies, at the end of the day, are doing the most harm. If we want to solve a problem we have to get to the root of it (and make sure we have the health to do so).
Exactly! We can only do so much, and sometimes all the pressure is put on us “small people” while it should be the focus of the big companies that are causing the problems in the first place
Thats true but teenagers DO have the power to make an impact
*Hugs*
ily, Peb, I hope everything’s okay! <333

How could you possibly think that? I may not know you in real life, but from i know from you on here, your such a creative and compassionate person to be around. I, and I’m sure plenty of other people would care if you died.
People on the Hug Page always here to listen, but do you think a therapist could help a little more? It really helped a good friend of mine. I hope you feel better Silvy ❤

Silvy, we would absolutely, 100000000% care if anything bad EVER happened to you. We may only know you through a screen, but we all love you and care for you. I’m sorry that you feel this way and I hope you feel better!
*hugs infinitely*
<33
Everyone on BlogClan, and in real life, would care if you died, and we want you here! As Wolfpaw said, if you feel that way, maybe you can see a therapist and talk to trusted adult, as none of us are mental health experts
*hugs* *hugs* *hugs* *hugs*
Silver, there are people who care about you! The blog will always be here if you need it. Sometimes life is tough, but there will always be people who care about you. *Hugs*
No, silverstorm! As your adopted sister, as your friend, as your Clanmate, and as a person, I would deeply care if you died! This obliterates my heart and I don’t want you to think this way because you are loved and a beautiful soul who has a big purpose ahead in life and you need to see it through! Nothing would be the same without you and I hope that you understand how much you matter to every person you meet, including me. 💛💛💛
THAT is not true AT ALL. Don’t even think that!! You are an absolutely brilliant, smart, beautiful, enthusiastic, kind, wonderful, brave, confident, cheerful, strong, and everything in between! You leave a great impact where ever you are and where ever you’ll go next. You are worth so much, and life wouldn’t be the same without you. For everyone who knows you. I promise.
OKAY?!?

Everyone would care. Remember you are loved and that the blog wouldn’t be the same without you <3
Silvy, I’m so sorry *hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs*

Did something stupid at school and didn’t get to apologize to the other person and I feel bad now.
I’ve done that way too many times before. Don’t worry, you can still fix it! *Hugs* *hugs* *hugs*
Also we have the same profile picture!

I’m sure that they will understand if you apologize later on and explain that you feel bad. It’s okay, minnow 💛

Everyone makes mistakes!
I’m sure things will get better soon! <3
*hugs* dont worry its completely normal to bad cuz things no one is perfect, the important thing is that you recognise your mistake and feel sorry for it. But you should still apologise

A little reminder that you are all extremely amazing, awesome, kind and cool 😀
If you’re feeling down, write a list reasons why you are awesome and stick it near where you sleep so you see it when you wake up. It can be something as small as ‘I’m better than the rest of my family at a videogame,’ because being good at videogames is awesome. Or maybe it can be ‘I just wrote an insightful BlogClan article,’ because insightful BlogClan articles are awesome. Or ‘I keep my room clean,’ because keeping your room clean is awesome. Or ‘I welcomed a new person to BlogClan,’ because welcoming new people to BlogClan is awesome When you do something else awesome, write it on the list, and when you’re feeling down, try reading the list, even out loud, to remind yourself that you are awesome, because you are awesome and incredible 😀
Thanks for this, osprey 💛
Thank you <3
That’s really sweet, Osprey. Your amazing too!
Thx same to you <333333333333333333333333
Ahhh the internet is a rabbit hole and i’m going down it
I can relate so soooo much. I suggest simply taking a break! Maybe unplugging for the weekend, or starting small with first taking a break from BlogClan, then Youtube, etc.
It takes willpower and strength, but you can do it and you’ll feel so much better afterward! Try to keep yourself busy with other thinks like going outside to a park or playground, or visiting friends or family. Halloween is almost here, too! So many crafts you can make! Maybe you can even plan a Halloween party!
You’ve got this Freepaw!
*Hugs*

I can relate! I would suggest either taking a break or watching what you do on it, or maybe setting a time limit so you don’t spend too much time on it! It’s okay, you’ll get through this *hugs*
*hugs really hard*
*hugs* *hugs* *hugs* *hugs*
Try taking a break from it 🙂
I would really appreciate some hugs right now. The past three days have been super stressful because I’m moving. It’s been non stop work and chaos. I can’t even sleep in my own room now because it’s all packed up. I don’t know if any of you know this, but I really hate moving around and not having one certain place you can stay. I’m sure it will get better once we’re actually moved in, but right now it’s just chaotic and I’m sorry if this sounded whiney.
No, it’s fine! I myself dread the day I will have to move. *hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs hugs*
I can relate so much! I’ve moved 18 times in my life :/
Don’t worry, you don’t sound whiny at all! It’s completely understandable that things are hard right now and I’m sorry you have to go through it.
Just hang in there and keep smiling! Things will get better really soon! 🙂
You’re awesome!
*Hugs*
*Hugs*
*Hugs*
Wait what?
*hugs so hard you cant breathe* sorry. I know how you feel, my family and i move a lot and i hate it so much. Dont worry it will all be ok
*hugs* I can relate! I’ve moved houses 4 times in my life! It was stressful and inconvenient for a month, but everything was resolved after that.
Mossi, I totally feel you. I’ve moved like 6 times in my whole life and I know how chaotic and messy everything can get. Just hang in there until you move in, and I pinky promise everything will get much better once you get settled!
*hugs* *hugs* *hugs* *hugs* *hugs*
You’re awesome and amazing, and definitely not being whiny!
