    10 – Apprentice Ceremony
    Shallowpaw officially becomes a medicine cat apprentice, but Fireeye is happy, because she can help Swallowkit. Six moons later, Swallowkit and Bramblekit become Swallowpaw and Bramblepaw. Bramblepaw is apprenticed to Jaywing, and Swallowpaw is apprenticed to her father. Fireeye also states that he can’t teach her everything about blindness, and she needs to help in the medicine den sometimes. Shallowpaw, who has been training for more the 6 moons now, agrees. Sorrelheart then tells her that she’s going to have a test for herbs, and then she can be a full medicine cat. (Type what the answer, what is each herb and its usage)

  • Which cat is impossible?
    For those of you who don’t know what to do, just say the cat who you think is not genetically possible in each round.

    Answers:
    13: Goosefeather – Gray cats can’t have blue eyes.
    Briarpaw, Monkeyfur, and Flamecloud got this one correct.
    14: Badgerfang – This kind of rare mutation that causes the badger stripe only happens on cats without any other whitespots. I think.
    Sandpaw, Cedarpaw, Frostpaw, Flamecloud, and Briarpaw are correct.
    15: Fawnstep – cats can only have blue eyes if they have white areas that cover their face. Unless it’s a siamese.

    Apprentices: Phoenixpaw(feather)- Graceful lean she-cat with fur the color of fire and gold eyes. Very spunky and curious, but very annoying

    Flaretail decides that she will interrogate Gun and Minnow. They tell her that there is a rogue uprising. They are ruthless and will kill cats. They didn’t like Gun and Minnow, since they had the protection of each other, while most of the time mothers would be required to leave their kits and leave when they have kits, unless they were born into the group or joined before they were expecting.
    Flaretail sends Moonstream to investigate the group, and goes with her. She sees that there are about twenty cats there. She notices one queen nursing three kits, and three sad and skinny cats that looked to be a similar age as Phoenixpaw. Flaretail decides to help the apprentice-aged cats to leave.
    That night, they find out that Rushkit is blind and deaf. Silkpetal doesn’t know what to do with him, and Flaretail decides to put him out of his misery. However, there is controversy in the Clan.

      Celery – yellow skinny tom with black hind legs and front legs. Celery is apathetic but only cares about his siblings.
      Carrot – orange she-cat with black spots around her face, body, and tail. Carrot is feisty but caring. She would do anything to keep her siblings safe. She is a great fighter but is a weak hunter.
      Pork – muscular orange tom with yellow legs. Pork usually flirts with other she-cat that he finds pretty. He only cares about his love life.

      Little Bird – small mottled brown she-cat with soft fur and gorgeous emerald eyes. Shy, sweet, puts others before herself, overthinks things, feels guilty for things long after they’ve happened.
      Dawn Shadow – sleek black she-cat with one golden eye and one blue eye. Cool, calm, collected, casual, doesn’t like picking sides, passive, doesn’t really care about others’ opinions of her, a free spirit.
      Snow Hare – small white tom with silver paws and deep green eyes. Gentle, caring, reserved, sweet, but has a mean streak.

      Train him to be Silkpetal’s apprentice. Use touch and smell to get him familiar with herbs and teach him to do things.

    So you guys choose b so I abandon Pineblossom and bring Viperfrost to Mapledrift.

    “Thank you Monkeypaw,” Mapledrift tells me as she tends to Viperfrost’s and Icepaw’s wounds. Outside the little cave where the temporary medicine den stood, I spotted Briarpaw. Briarpaw leaped onto Bluefire. Bluefire turned and scratched Briarpaw’s back. Fallenshadows ran and slammed into the poor apprentice. Bluefire and Fallenshadows felt but then I saw Cedarpaw, the FireClan medicine cat apprentice. He dragged her across a bush and I decided to follow him. Shadowpaw and Icepaw were following me. Then I saw it, it was all the injured warriors. They wouldn’t stand a chance against me. Shadowpaw grin becomes bigger and bigger as we step forward.

    You guys decided A, which means Thornfoot and Twig head through the meadow.

    It was peaceful. The sun shined and the grass swayed in the wind. Thornfoot sniffed the air. It smelled like grass, but it had a slight tang to it, one that he coukdn’t quite put on his tongue… “Fox!” Twig screeched. He disappeared into the weeds. Thornfoot turned around. There it was, fur fluffed out, eyes gleaming with hatred. Thornfoot was alone.

    What should he do?

    b) aim for its eyes
    c) claw at its muzzle

  • Here’s the results of the second madlibs!

    Cedartalon crab-walked* her eyes open as she felt the suns light juggle* on her face. It was quite bright as she sat up and watched the dogs* in front of her. At that she heard Smokestripes voice coming out of the wood. “What are we gonna do? We can’t just- ah, still here, are you?” He screamed* as he saw the red shecat sitting there.
    “I suppose we should get going,” Dovepelt chimed once all the medicine cats were visible to Cedartalon. “Willowsting only has a couple eternities* before she gives birth, and I still need to get some things done.” So they said their goodbyes and started walking off toward their Clans.
    Once the clearing was no longer visible, Cedartalon meowed to Lightningfur, “What did you run*?”
    “You know I can’t tell you, but nothing good.”
    Cedartalon yeeted*. “If you wish. May StarClan help all the Clans at this time.” She meowed as they whirled* the camp.

      Goosefur: a dark gray tom with black and white specks on his tail and paws, with shining sky-blue eyes, one of which is blind.
      Ironclaw: A silvery-white tom with extremely sharp claws and deep gray eyes, he has a long scar running from his left ear, to above his right eye, then down to his right foreleg.
      Nutbush: A pale brown she-cat, her eyes are a muddy brown, and her tail darkens to black at the tip. She has black paws and ears, and the black at the tips slowly fades to dark brown then pale brown again in her body and head.
