Elei stomped up to Adrian in fury. “ADRIAN!” she yelled, “YOU BROKE MY VIOLIN!!”
“Huh?” Adrian asked, clearly being guilty. Enraged, Elei hit him in the head hard with the violin. He fell to the ground, unconscious. She then threw the violin at him. Elei felt a pang of guilt, then someone stomped up.
Brooklyn felt confused by the sudden outburst from Elei and walked up. “Hey hey hey, let’s calm down,” she suggested in a soothing voice, putting her hands on Elei’s shoulders and gently guiding her a couple steps back.
Amy took a deep breath and walked into the camp, looking around for people who seemed friendly.
~Dylan~
He noticed Amy and walked over “Hello! i’m Dylan, Who are you” he smiled and grabbed a bag of spare parts out of his pocket and began fiddling with them. “Oh and who is your godly parent mine’s Hephaestus, God of Forges, Fire, and Blacksmiths!”
“Hi,I’m Amy” Amy said a little nervously. “I’m new here, I don’t know who my other parent it yet.”
~Dylan~
“That’s okay” He smiled “I can show you around if you want?”
“That sounds great.” Amy said, smiling.

~Dylan~
He smiled and handed her what her had been fiddling with. It was a bronze hair clip shaped like a star and it was shining white “A welcome to camp present!” He said smiling but stumbled when something or Someone for that matter jumped on his back laughing.
~Tanner~
“Hey Dill I missed you!” Tanner chuckled “You have been gone all day!!!” they noticed Amy and smirked “Tanner Davis, Child of Hermes at your service lady who may you be” they dramatically bowed hoping to get a laugh out of Amy.
(Dylan and Tanner are crushing on each other but don’t know how to tell the other and Tanner likes to make people smile so this is gonna be fun XD)
(Athena but she doesn’t know that yet)
“Thank you.” Amy said taking the hair clip and slipping in=it into her pocket. “And,um I’m Amy.” she said to Tanner.
~Dylan~
Dylan Smiled “Okay let’s start the tour Tanny” Dylan was blushing slightly and was looking at the ground
~Tanner~
They nodded “Of course let’s go!” they said smiling at Amy. they pulled a small snake from their pocket. and it slide across their shoulders “Don’t mind Rattle she’s harmless….mostly….” they said smirking
“All right.” Amy said looking around. “Where are we going first?”
~Dylan~
“Well the cabins would be a great start. you might get used to them but till your claimed you would be in Tanner’s cabin” He looked at them smiling.
~Tanner~
“Yeah but you gotta hide your stuff or you might get it stolen by one of my siblings” Rattle slid across Tanner’s back and onto their shoes. Rattle came to Amy’s feet and gently wrapped her body around Amy’s ankle “Oh my gods….Rattle actually likes you a lot!” They said utterly shocked
“All right, let’s go to the cabins.” Amy said, nervously looking at the snake wrapped around her ankle.
Zena could feel something on her face. She hit the last ledge and landed on a very sharp surface. It felt like glass? She yelled in pain. She woke up with pain all thorught out her body. Then she realized her face was wet. “Why am I wet?” She asked Alex who was just about to touch her nose with her own nose. Zenas shoulder felt like it was really out of socket. She tried to move it but she failed. She winced and held it.
~Alex~
She sighed in Relief and sat up “Your hurt tho” She gently poured more water on Zena because she wanted to then she sat the girl upright “Hey Kelp head are you ready for me to explain?”
~Tanner~
He smirked and stepped out leaving the girls alone.
She looked at Alex. “Yeah, sure. Wait, Kelp Head? That’s my name now?” She asked her. Alex laughed. “Of course. It fits a LOT!” She laughed and sigh as her shoulder starts to heal. Zena looks at Alex. “Hey, is there a waterfall near here? I can hear running water similar to one.”
~Alex~
“No…but there is a lake….” she smiled and the ground shook out of the ground came a skeleton cat. “Eeee cute” Alex picked it up and held it out to Zena “Here Kelp head hold this will ya?”

“Annie i saw Tanner by the Docks why don’t you go talk to him?” She smirked picking up Dylan by the arm and setting him upright. “I will take care of Dylan”
~Annie~
Nodding she headed toward The docks fuming glaring ahead Glitter trailed after her and the Falcon followed.
~Dylan~
He followed Alex till she stopped “Go ahead” She gestured forward. Dylan went to step and was pushed from behind “He-” He was cut off as he fell through the Shadow wall.
~Tanner~
Caught off Guard They tried to back up but Dylan fell on them. Tanner fell Backward and Dylan fell on top of them. their lips crashing together when they hit the ground causing Tanner to turn 4 shades of red.
~Alex~
She smirked and walked forward sending a thumbs up toward Haven she began giggling.
Haven grinned back and purposefully scooted a bit away. “I guess I’ll leave you two alone,” he couldn’t hide his smile and stood up. “Good luck, bud.” He patted Tanner on the head with a smirk before walking over toward Alex. Excitement lit up his eyes and he smiled uncontrollably. “Oh my gods, they are so cute together!” He whispered, bouncing and clapping his hands quietly.
*returns to existing after two months*
Terragon-
Terragon figured they’d better check on the other campers and make sure no one had died – it felt like they’d been reading for months.
Terra saw people by the docks, so they drifted over in that direction. They raised a brow at the sight of Dylan and Tanner. “Technically, I beleive we’re all cousins of some sort on our godly side,” they murmured Haven, tapping at the spine of their book. They paused, realizing that probably wasn’t a helpful comment, and quickly added, “But yes, I suppose they’d make a cute couple.”
Haven jumped when he noticed Terragon and grinned. “Hey, I’ve tried to ignore all that. Otherwise, where’s the fun?” He joked, nudging them. “What book’ve you got there?” He asked, trying to read the title.
Terragon-
“The Odyssey,” Terragon replied, figitting with one of the many post-it notes sticking out from the pages. “I’m trying to peice together how much of it is fact and how much is fiction.” They flashed a wry smile, and added, “If I can somehow find a way to go to college without getting eaten by a minotaur, I want to be a history major.”
They glanced awkwardly at Dylan and Tanner, and added, “So, what has everyone been up to?”
~Alex~
“Oh well i kinda just ummmmmmm” Stares at Tanner and Dylan. “Pushed Dylan on top of Tanner….” Alex looked at Terragon and smirked “Well you see the outcome” Alex paused “If you go to the docks Beware of a very angry daughter of Artemis”
~Dylan~
He quickly got up backing off Tanner his face was redder than a Tomato “S-Sorry Tanner” He looked away
~Tanner~
They stared at Alex and sat up “HEY YOU SET THIS UP” They glared but their eyes were sparkling with happiness “Not cool”
Terragon-
Terra tilted their head to one side. “Why is the daughter of Artemis angry?” they asked.
They eyed Dylan and Tanner curiously, noting Dylan’s red face with concern. “I’d agree that generally, shoving your friends is considered bad manners,” Terragon observed lightly.
Terr hoped Dylan wasn’t too upset with the situation. If they were in his place, they’d feel very uncomfortable. As in, move-to-another-country-and-change-their-name level of uncomfortable.

Haven shrugged. “Why is a daughter of Artemis ever angry?” He smirked. “She set it up, you choose what to do.” He said to Tanner mischievously.
~Alex~
“One, Annie is angry because me, Haven and Tanner played a prank on her. Two, Not in this friend group” She leans over and whispers in their ear “And not when those two have a crush on each other” She leaned back and winked laughing
~Dylan~
He stood and offered his hand to Tanner “Sorry”
~Tanner~
They took his hand and got up “Now that i’m up….WHY DID YOU PUSH DYLAN????” He glared at Alex
Terragon-
Terra gave a non-committal shrug, not entirely convinced. Yes, they obviously liked each other, but shouldn’t they be allowed to take the relationship at their own pace?
“She’s trying to play match maker,” Terragon said to Tanner.
Haven elbowed Terr to keep him quiet, a grin still wide on his face. “She’s just…” He searched for words. “Helping.” His grin turned even wider as he watched Tanner and Dylan’s hands, hoping for something. “Anyway, we should go,” he urged Terr and Alex toward the door, waving with enthusiasm. “And you,” he glanced at Tanner. “can stay right there and listen to what Dylan wants to say.”
~Alex~
She grinned and whispered to Haven “Were like totally gonna spy right?”
~Dylan~
His face turned dark red “W-what!” He stumbled back and about fell
~Tanner~
They caught Dylan and smiled blushing a bit “You had something to tell me?”
“well duh!” Haven grinned. “But we have to make sure they can’t see us.” He glanced back just in time to see Tanner catch Dylan. “Oh gods, Alex, there’s no way we can’t watch this.” He glanced back again.
Terragon-
Terra glanced between Alex and Haven, then over at the couple. It was all a bit too awkward for them.
“Well, I have some reading to catch up with,” they claimed, gesturing towards The Odyssey . “See you around.”
They turned and walked briskly away.
~Alex~
She grinned and snapped causing a black wall “Again same as last time”
~Dylan~
“I-I-I uhhhhh” Dylan stared into Tanner’s eyes and froze.
~Tanner~
“What?” They smirked enjoying themselves “Cat got your tongue?”
Haven watched Terragon go for a second before stepping into the shadow wall. He carefully watched, straining to listen. He heard Tanner and started inwardly scolding them. “I bet Tanner’s not gonna be making anymore remarks when he hears what Dylan has to say,” he commented, grinning widely.
~Alex~
She sighed “Actually i bet he says something so stupid when he finds out” Alex stared ahead “Tanner is like a sibling to me They deserve love like what i found”
~Dylan~
He took a deep breathe “Tanner……I like you a lot actually”
~Tanner~
They stared down at Dylan their eyes filled with happiness and confusion “You like-” They were cut off by Dylan kissing them
Haven covered his mouth to muffle a squeal and grabbed Alex’s arm, bouncing up and down excitedly. “Oh my gods, oh my gods, oh my gods!” He whisper-screamed, trying to keep quiet, and failing.
~Alex~
She smiled and put a hand over Haven’s mouth to keep him from talking “Shhhh i wanna hear”
~Dylan~
He pulled back and smirked “Oh……what’s wrong Cat got your tongue” He Mocked smiling
~Tanner~
They stared at Dylan trying to process what just happened but they opened their mouth and closed it like a dying fish
Zena eyed the creature. “Umm, yeah. Sure.” She gingerly took the cat and the cat felt warm. Zena relaxed. “Soo, about that lake? Do you think later I could take a walk by it?” Zena asked Alex, even thought she could still feel the tingling in her lips from ‘The Kiss’.
“Of course you can Zena. the camp is for all of us!” She looked up and smiled “Your a little late Annie”
~Annie~
Annie smiled and her falcon, Moon, Flew in after her. “Hello i’m Annie Goodwin, Only child of Artemis, one of the maiden goddess’s, Nice to meet you” As she said that she shifted into a Husky puppy and yapped.
Zena looked at the Huskey. “How can she do that?” She askes Alex. Zena gets up and her legs buckle from underneath her. She falls on her butt again.
~Annie~
She jumped back and was human again “Mom’s the hunter of animals i get to turn into her prey” Annie shrugged “Annie Goodwin, Daughter of Artemis”
~Alex~
She helped Z stand up “First let’s go to the lake” She smiled “It might help you feel better”
(The triplets are sons if Hephaestus and they already know)
Leo Bounced into the camp while his brothers came slower, Dex rolled his eyes and looked around and Phil slowly walked in staring at his feet. “Now where do we go?” Dex asked but Leo was too busy fidgeting with a few peices of scrap metal forging them together with the fire he made.
Elise walked up to them and waved. “Hello! The greeted cheerfully. “I’m Elise, what are your names?”
~Leo~
Leo looked up giving Elise his crooked smile “my names Leo i’m the oldest of us triplets the middle ones Dex-” he pointed to Dex “-and the youngest and shy one is Phil.” He pointed at Phil, “Our father is Hephaestus.’ he said as he continued melting the metal until he made cat with nicks in her ears and the ears are tufted then he grabbed orange earrings out of his pocket and forged them on for the cats orange eyes, “This is my latest cat creation her name is Rockydew.”
~Dex~
Dex rolled his eyes annoyed by Leo always bragging, he was the only one who could make and control fire, Phil at least could change it’s color. “Leo you are such a show off!” Dex snapped at his brother.
~Leo~
“If your so jealous ask our Dad why you only got the normal power to make stuff.” Leo snapped back.
~Phil~
“G-guys, p-please stop f-fighting everyone has f-flaws and things w-were good at, I c-can change the color of fire a-and I can’t build-” Phil tried calming them down but Dex interupted.
~Dex~
“Stay out of this Phil!” He snapped, “Leo your just a show off your NOT impressive, not in the slightest!”
~Leo~
“Oh, oh really? No! Your the one who isn’t impressive! All you can do is the basic Hephaestus child stuff!” Leo finally cracked he’s normally kind and goofy but being called unimpressive made him crack.
~Phil~
“Enough! Your brothers, were brothers, and EVERYONE is impressive in different ways and EVERYONE has their flaws, so stop listen to yourselves, please calm down.” Phil was always shy and didn’t talk much but became angry at the fighting he turned to Elise. “I’m sorry about them, they get in fights a lot. We are very lucky they didn’t bring out the swords we made like last time. So yeah I’m Phil. Could you show us around?” He asked.
Elise smiled at Phil and nodded. “Nice to meet you three. If you follow me, I’ll show you to your cabin.” She glanced at Dex and Leo with a smirk. “Trust me, like Phil said, everyone here has their flaws and strengths.” With that, she turned and started walking down the hill, beckoning Phil to follow her.
Andres let out a yell,¨NOOOOOOOOOO!!!¨
Everything was in slow motion. His stumbling from tripping on the root of a tree. The plate tilting forward. The two Chocalate cupcakes falling of the plate.
In quick instinct, Andres used his air powers to save one of the cupcakes, but misdirected his air on the other, sending it to fly right on (insert name here)´ s head, sticking to the side,

~Shane Hawings~
She looks at the cupcake now stuck to the side of her head now. “Ummm, I think this belongs to you.” She prys it off and gives it back to Andres. “Here, you go! So, who are those for?”
¨Thanks! One is for my Theyfriend, Sage, and the other is for me.¨
He used his air abilities to get rid of any hair and stuff on the fallen cupcake before ,¨ Mmm-¨
Andres let out a violent gag, spitting out the cupcake,¨ Ugh…thats even worse than the last time I made them..how am I becoming worse at baking with every attempt I make?¨
Shane laughs. “Well, I can help you if you want. . . I’m still waiting to be claimed soo, nothing else to do for now.” She looks at Andres.
Then out of the blew, something appeared over her head. It was a thunderbolt and eagle above her head. She looks at Andres. “Umm, what does that mean?” She looked at Andres for help.
Andres´s eyes widened,¨Woah! Your claimed b-b-by….the lightning guy!¨
(he is too shocked to speak properly)
She gulped. “Y-yeah. . . I guess so.” She said. “Wait. Lightning dude is Zeus!” She looks at Andres. “Where’s Chiron?”
(response to Elise, I had taken a break to continue my fan fic but now I’m Back!)
~Phil~
Phil smiled and followed Elise. He had been a bit surprised at his sudden mood change. But was relieved it hadn’t gone to far he thought he saw their hands going closer to their swords.
~Leo~
Leo let out a relieved sigh, he didn’t like fighting his brother and what Phil said was true, everyone is different and everyone has flaws and strengths, he followed Phil and Elise.
~Dex~
Dex rolled his eyes but kept his sword sheathed and followed Phil and Elise. He gave one glare towards Leo when he passed, but what fill said had surprised Dex but also made him realize what he was doing and that Phil was right we all have flaws and Strengths.

Elise spun around to face them, her dress twirling around her, and started walking backwards, studied each one of them in turn. “So, how do you know Hephaestus is your dad?” She asked curiously. “Most of us don’t find out till we get here… If we get here.” Her eyes darkened with sadness, but she brushed it off. “Did Hephaestus send a sign? Or did your mom let you know? Or was it just one of those things that you know? Like you have this feeling or urge so strong you can’t resist, even if you tried. But you don’t want to try, because somewhere deep inside, you know you can’t fight it-” she suddenly froze in embarrassment. “S-sorry, I must’ve started rambling…” She apologized with a sheepish grin. “Anyway, I’m sure you know what I mean.”
~Leo~
Leo gave his crooked smile and said, “Yeah I know. We found out we studied it in school how Hephaestus was one of the gods and his children could make stuff and if they were special make and control fire, then one day I could make and control fire, Phil could change its color and Dex, well, dex could only make stuff.”
~Dex~
Dex growled a hit at his brother but Phil shot him a look and Dex, rolling his eyes, stopped.
~Phil~
“Anyways. . . Yeah we found out our father was Hephaestus after our greek lesson on Hephaestus and our discovery of our powers.” Phil said after looking back at Elise.
Leo gave his crooked smile, “Yeah I understand. We found out when we were learning greek mythology, the lesson was on Hepheastus and we learned his children could build basically anything and make and control fire, soon we found out we can all build things, I can make and create fire and Phil can change its color.”
“Yep, we learn of our father, which our mother, Christina, never talked about, in Social studies.” Phil said.
“Oh yeah. . . Learning of our father in school! How amazing!” Dex said sarcastically
Elise nodded in understanding. “Well, here we are,” she stopped beside a large building and gestured to the door. “You guys’ll be ok for a bit, right?” She asked. “I need to get something from my cabin real quick, it’ll just take a moment.”
~Leo~
“Yeah, of course, we can handle ourselves.” Leo said with an even more crooked smile.
~Phil~
“Yeah I’ll keep ’em apart.”
Elise glanced at Dex and smiled at Phil, hoping that he’d be able to do that. She waved at Leo with a grin before running to her cabin.
~Phil~
Alright you 2 no more fighting please, you need to learn to stop fighting in case we go to a battle together and if you start fighting in one we are dead so learn to behave.” Phil said calmly
Elise returned a moment later, grumbling quietly and dusting off her pants. When she saw the triplets, she smiled and chuckled in embarrassment. “Um, where were we?” She glanced at the cabin and remembered. “Right! This is your cabin, kinda like an apartment or something. You’ll get to explore it later. For now, I’ll show you around the camp. Dinner should be starting soon.” She flashed them a grin before leading them away from the cabin.
~Leo~
Leo locked up and gve a very large smile at the sound of dinner, he loves eating. He followed happily.
~Dex~
Just like Leo he walked happily, food was one of the only things he was ever happy about.
~Phil~
Phil was happy he also loved food and was also happy that he got the two to calm down.
Elise led them to the dinner pavilion and glanced around. “Hephaestus kids sit over there,” she pointed to a large table, “I’ll be right over here. If you need anything, just let me or another kid know!” She cheerily waved before walking to her cabin table.
Sophie didn’t hear Braedon, instead she was curled up in a ball on the ground shaking.
Skyra rushed over.
“She’s having a breakdown,” Skyra explained and told Braedon what happened. “I’m not sure what’s happening or how to help her.”
Braedon’s mind instantly flashed to when she used to have her own, almost daily, and she took a deep breath. “Sophie?” She gently sank to her knees in front of her and touched her leg. “Sophie, it’s ok. Everything is ok.” She glanced at Skyra and forced a smile on her face. “Could you get a glass of water?” She asked cheerfully, praying that Skyra understood why she was acting like that.
“Sure,” Skyra said quickly, and dashed away, only to apear moments later with a glass of water.
Sophie heard Braedon now.
Braedon carefully took the glass and held it, waiting for Sophie to calm down more. “Skyra, talk to her,” she ordered, still speaking cheerfully, “She’ll listen to you better.” She scooted over to allow Skyra more room beside Sophie
Skyra placed her hand on Sophie.
“Sophie…” she said, “Can you hear me? It’s okay..”
Braedon’s hands were shaking and she pulled her sleeves over her wrists, focusing intently on Sophie. “What exactly happened again?” She asked Skyra quietly.
“A girl named Rain ambushed someone named Ellie,” Skyra exclaimed, “And Ellie sent out an electric shock. Rain got a coma. It broke Sophie because she’s supposed to be able to heal, but she can’t do much with comas.”
Braedon nodded like she understood, but she didn’t. “Hold up, let me go see something.” She said, standing. “I’ll be right back.” She turned and sprinted toward the medical center, searching for Rain.
Rain was unconcious in the medical center.
Braedon cursed when she saw Rain and ran her fingers through her short hair. “Ok ok ok, we just have to figure something out.” She muttered to no one in particular. She started pacing, formulating a plan in her mind. Should I lie to Sophie? It would make her better, but she might check on Rain and then she’ll know I lied… She groaned and covered her face anxiously.
(Respones to Alex)
Zena looked at Alex. “Umm, yeah. Thanks alot.” She got up and started limping to the lake. She stoped at waters edge. “That is a huge lake.” She murmmers.
~Alex~
She nodded and looked down “Each greek god is alive anyone who can cross the border is a Demigod.” She paused “Half god, Half mortal. Like i said i’m a child of Hades, God of Death and King of the underworld”
~Annie~
She smiled and nodded
Zena looked at Alex. “Well, I never had a mother or father. . .” Her voice trails off.
Abigail was sulking when she saw (insert name). An idea popped into her head, and she stuck her foot out, accidentally tripping them.
“Oops,” she said innocently, “Sorry, not sorry.”
Elise had been walking back to her cabin when she was tripped. “what the-” she stood, fist clenched in anger. “What’s your problem?!” She snapped, glaring furiously. Not many things got her worked up, but for some reason, that did.
“What’s your problem?” She snapped back.
Elise rolled her eyes and pushed past Abigail. “Jerk,” she muttered once she was a bit away.
Abigail snorted.
“Defensive.”
[response to Cottonpaw/Alex, Tanner, and Dylan]
Haven watched with wide eyes, biting his lower lip to keep from laughing. “His face. Oh my gods, his face!” He giggled quietly.
~Alex~
She smirked “Yeah it’s so…..red” She giggled and removed her hand from his mouth.
~Dylan~
He stared up at Tanner’s face “So……..Do you like me back?” Dylan stared at the ground and felt something ruffles his hair.
~Tanner~
After they got over the shock they ruffled Dylan’s hair “Dylan……I’ve liked you since we first met” They smiled and tilted Dylan’s head upward so they could look each other in the eyes “I’ve just been to nervous to tell you”
Zena hears this. “Uhh ok?”
Haven watched, leaning forward with excitement. Come on, Tanner, you got this, he silently cheered them on.
~Dylan~
He smiled softly “Y-Y-You do?”
~Tanner~
“Yeah i do you oblivious son of Hephaestus” Tanner smiled back at him.
~Alex~
She jumped and whirled on Zena “Gods you scared me” She said to her girlfriend softly “can you tell this is a very important spy mission”
Zena looks at Alex. “Well, that depends?” She smirks.
Haven glared at them. “Will both of you shut up?” He snapped. “I can’t tell what they’re saying.”

They stared down at Dylan “So….does this me-”
~Dylan~
“Were dating?” He finished softly “Only if you want to”
~Alex~
She patted Zena’s arm softly and nodded at Haven “Sorry”
(Hey Son 😉! How’ve you been?)
Haven grabbed the nearest thing next to him, which just happened to be Alex’s arm, and stared at Tanner and Dylan with wide eyes. “Please say yes, please say yes.” He whispered, squeezing Alex arm in anticipation.
(Great you?)
~Alex~
She winced “Owwww” she whispered “That hurts”
~Tanner~
They smirked “Why then my answer is yes”
~Dylan~
He hugged Tanner and smiled “Then i’m happy”

Haven jumped when she spoke and instantly let go. “Sorry.” He apologized without looking at her, too focused on Tanner. “Alex, Alex, oh my gods, Alex!” He grinned and glanced at her for a second. “They said yes! They said yes!” He covered his mouth to hold in the excited giggles and rocked back and forth on his heels.

They looked up “You guys can stop hiding now”
~Alex~
She stepped out “Sorry Tanner”
Haven followed Alex. “Well I’m not sorry.” He grinned, crossing his arms over his chest. “You two make a great couple.” He commented, smirking.
~Alex~
She giggled and hugged Tanner “I’m happy for you Brother!”
~Tanner~
They smiled and hugged her back “Yeah, yeah”
~Dylan~
He stepped around the siblings and walked over to Haven “I don’t think we have met formally I’m Dylan scott, Son of hephaestus”
Haven smiled at Dylan. “I’m Haven Drayton, son of Demeter. Nice to meet you.”
~Dylan~
“Well it’s nice to meet you but…….should i be scared that your hanging with the Prank buddies?”
Haven grinned. “Maybe,” he smirked. “Just because Demeter’s my mom doesn’t mean I don’t know how to have fun.” He thought to the prank he and Tanner set off just earlier that day.
Terragon-
Terragon sat down on the ground, and dropped their book into their lap. They were close enough to the others that they could still check on the lovebirds if they were so inclined, but they had no intentions of doing so.
Perhaps Dylan and Tanner wouldn’t mind their friends spying on them, but Terr didn’t really know any of them.
The thought left them a little….sad.
With a huff of frustration, Terragon fished a neatly folded letter and its half finished reply from the pocket of their jacket. They smoothed the paper out on their book, and began to write.
Annie snuck up behind them “Hi” She said sitting by them “What’s your name?”
Terragon-
Terragon looked up from their letter. “Hello to you as well,” they said, with a friendly smile. “I’m Terragon. What about you?” While Terra waited for her reply, they tucked the paper back in their pocket.
Annie smiled “Annie, Daughter of artemis”
Terragon-
Terragon raised a brow. “I suppose you must be the angry one,” they said with a slight smile.
They paused, wondering – how did Artemis have a child? It was highly possible that the books had all just been misinformed about her, which only made the question more interesting.
“I was under the impression that Artemis didn’t have any children,” Terragon ventured.
Annie laughed “Oh mom just kinda created me with moon-dust like Athena does with her kids” Annie shrugged “But yeah i’m her only kid”
Terragon-
Terra nodded, making a mental note to write this all down later.
“Fascinating,” they mused. “I’m a child of Athena myself, and I’ve always wondered how exactly that works.”
~Annie~
She chuckled “Honestly all i ever got from my mom was a lecture about how guys are bad and My bow” She sighed “I hate having Artemis as my mom”
Terragon-
Terragon frowned. “I’ve always thought of my relationship with Athena in terms of numbers. Anything devided by infinity is essentially zero,” they explained lightly. “In other words, we’re so insignificant in comparison to the gods that our existance should be completley irrelivant to them. Thus, the fact that they give us anything is miraculous.”
Annie stared at them “You know you children of Athena are wicked good at anything to do with math” She sighed “But i guess that your right……they don’t need to give us anything” She smiled “So your mom’s Athena and she Gave you wisdom…..My mothers Artemis and She gave me the power to turn into animals”
Terragon-
Terragon’s eyes widened with amazement. They were aware that many of the other demigods had special talents that were more fantastical than their own, but they never failed to astonish them. “Any animal?” they asked, and quickly added, “If you’re comfortable with it, could I get a demonstration?”
Annie Laughed and Backed up. Shifting into a Husky Puppy to a Tiger to a Hawk slowly before turning back “Yeah any animal……” She turned into an Owl then to a wolf and Back “What’s your favorite animal?”
Terragon-
Terra watched the show with wonder, mind a whirl of questions. Didn’t this violate the conservation of matter? Did her DNA change whenever she shifted shape?
“My gods,” Terragon marveled, “Usually, I think of magic as science we don’t understand, but I think in this case, you’re really just magic.”
They thought for a moment, then replied, “I’ve always been fond of Okapis. Accourding to my younger sister, I was one in a past life.”
Annie laughed “I’m not magic i’m a demigod! We are supposed to be different! Bend science!” She purred out. “I can even make animal noises out of shape and sometimes” She thought hard and then she had wolf ears and a poofy tail “I can do that”
Terragon-
“That’s fantastic,” Terragon exclaimed, clapping their hands. Olivia would have been so thrilled to see this. “Athena gave me planning skills and the ability to learn things quickly, which is very practical but not nearly as fun,” they added wryly.
Annie
She frowned “Well that means your smarter and can get you out of bad situations if you need a plan
