Okay, so this post is a little later than what I would’ve wanted, but I’ve had a busy week 😛 I’m also a little tired, so, only one cat pic this time 😛 You’re getting plenty from Cadvent, anyway...
The seventh edition of the Blog Monthly is here – written by Lil, fresh off the printing press Hello, everyone!! The Blog Monthly is back and better than ever! I hope you all love this edition, in my opinion it is one...
Sliverthorn argues why Ashfur would’ve been better for Squirrelflight than Brambleclaw.
For Sunflower’s level 1-2
Sunflower, Wildflower and Starshine were asleep under their juniper bush. A dry summer breeze ruffled the fur on their backs and the sun-dried juniper branches. Sunflower felt one of his sisters get up.
“Starshine?” he guessed.
“No, Wildflower,” she replied. I’m getting a drink, sleep well.” He attempted a nod, and laid his tail on the remaining sister’s paws, eager for reassurance that she was there but trying to avoid sharing and body heat. As soon as he felt Starshine’s hind paw, Sunflower succumbed to a heat-disturbed sleep.
Which ended up being one of the things he regretted most for the next day.
For Sunflower’s level 3-4
Sunflower’s dreams were getting ever so slightly brighter. Bit by bit. It was starting to feel like staring at the sun when he felt a sharp prod at his side.
“Wake up.” Starshine’s tone was sharp, unnatural for her. “Sunflower, wake up.” Sunflower blinked the sleep away as fast as he could, and realized it wasn’t morning yet. The light was coming from a fire. A wildfire, in the middle of a hot, dry summer. And it would spread from the forest to the moor in just a few minutes. It would cross the moor in even faster. His sister was already out from under the juniper bush, and Sunflower crawled after her. The two sprinted towards the stream, where they knew Wildflower would be waiting for them. The rabbits and voles scurrying around them parted to avoid the cats, but nobody was too concerned about it. The summer night’s warm breeze blew against their faces, feeding the forest fire behind them. Sunflower felt as though it was taunting them, but they kept running, feeling the piercing heat in their pelts, breathing in the ashy air, and hoping Wildflower was alive. The stream was in view now, and both siblings were scanning frantically for their missing sister, but there was no sign of her. The pair reached the other side of the stream, and stopped, gasping for air.
Ooh I have no storage space on my tablet so I have to write fanfics for leveling up -_-

Ok Eclipse first because she deserves level five
–
Eclipse stood, lonely, in the center of a small clearing. Her head hung low, and her eyes watered out of pure grief. Why had she done it? Why did she let herself kill him? Her legs collapsed below her.
It was only her, alone with her thoughts, alone with blood forever on her claws, no matter how many times she washed herself. It would always be there. There was no escaping murder.
Her eyes fluttered open, and she found herself awake in the cavern. Her kits at her belly, and no one gawking. Good. She thought. I couldn’t handle anyone staring at me. Attention is bad. She silently told herself.
Then she remembered.
She was not alone raising the kits. She was not alone. She would not be alone when the kits were grown. She was NOT alone.
Not yet.
Meignick stood slightly off, Eclipse bet making sure everyone was keeping their eyes off her. She didn’t mind. She loved him. She would never stop loving him.
Nothing was wrong. Nothing would be wrong, ever. If anything were wrong, she would have wasted part of her life with a simple cat who sat there protecting her and not talking to her.
But he was much, much more than that. He had broken her heart of stone, causing her to realized what she had been putting onto the cats she knew were kind and loyal if you were close to them.
Meignick was much, much more than she had even been.
He was the light in her life full of darkness, the kits sparked that fanned into it. Funny, how much cats can impact your life before they are even born, isn’t it?
She sighed at the kits. They wouldn’t be kits much longer.
But she would love them, and Meignick, for all eternity.

Putting that through a word counter, it had 302 words. Wow. I’m so close to breaking even 😛
Wow . . . (Puts on a Caesar Flickerman voice) I love that!
😛
This is great Jazzy
Wait this is 3-4 the other one was 2-3
“She must’ve went to vole burrow we found yesterday,” Sunflower wheezed. Starshine nodded, and the two started to leave, when a foul stench hit Sunflower’s nose. At the same time, he saw it. A bright orange fox a few tail-lengths away, whose pelt seemed to glow as the warm breeze ruffled through to get to the fire. The fox snarled and bared his teeth. It was looking for a meal, and two half-grown cats seemed to look better than a few measly mice. Sunflower and Starshine pelted the other way, but they could hear the fox hot on their tracks. Farther and farther away, the wildfire was halfway across the moor. The fire would reach the stream and stop, but it still wouldn’t be a good idea to stay there. Sunflower nudged Starshine so they were running away from the stream. They wouldn’t be able to find Wildflower for a while now, if they survived this fox. The fox was gaining on them, and Starshine, being the smaller sibling, was lagging behind. Sunflower could feel his energy depleting, and he glanced behind to see the fox jump onto his sister. Sunflower turned around and swiped at the fox’s eyes, but not before the fox reached Starshine’s neck.
Sunflower had blinded the fox, which ran away whimpering, forgetting about his prey.
Sunflower stood over Starshine’s body.
Sunflower stood over Starshine’s dead body.
And he cried.
He woke up in a few hours. The fire was still burning, and a pale morning sun was rising just over the hills, opposite the fire. Sunflower stood up and stared blankly at Starshine. Starshine’s body. Looking just like mother, just brother. He found a clump of old heather and clawed at the peaty soil by the roots. The sun had fully risen before Sunflower finished digging a hole deep enough so that Starshine’s body wouldn’t be eaten by foxes. Sunflower went back and picked Starshine up, not on the neck, but on the back, and brought her over to the hole he had dug. He placed her body in it, and checked over one last time to make sure she was dead. Which she was, of course. The fox was an experienced hunter. Would Wildflower want to see Starshine one last time? But she might be a long way away. She might be dead. And Sunflower would be alone. He got up to pick some fresh heather flowers, a purple beauty that would mask the scent of death, and put it into the hole, covering Starshine’s pelt. Once he started filling the hole back up, Sunflower kept feeling the urge to stop, to dig out his sister, who couldn’t be dead, not yet…
I just had the worst / best idea ever . . .Okay, *clears idea* here is something random.
I’m gonna write a poem / rap for Jinx . . .
Don’t kill meh
Things I don’t want to say
To change I gotta pay
I cannot tell a lie
They can so why can’t I?!
The debt is of a life?
Those tricks won’t get to me!
But those words like a knife
I can’t help but see
Them dead.
That’s what he said.
Blood’s cold,
Mind folds in my lake of doubt
I can tell a lie but the truth will still be let out
This isn’t fair,
I swear when this is all over . . .
I need to find my four leaf lucky clover
Time’s running out, a day to go
Already been six, now somecat’s life will blow
Over the edge.
Of the living world.
And all
Because
Of me.
So selfish how could I? I never meant to
But who will die I’m wide awake, oh how time flew
Awaiting who will die
Didn’t even get to say good bye
Good bye
Good bye
My brother . . .

https://www.deviantart.com/mapleleafsunset/art/Dune-754823558?ga_submit_new=10%3A1531767536
I’m so pleased with it ! I think he truly deserves to master his power, and actually drawing him has helped me fall in love with him again !
My cats’ levels are:
Tawny – 2
Clover – 1
Rosica – 1
Jay – 1 (
get wrecked Jay)Azure – 1
Shard – 1
Jinx – well, uh, I guess Jinx is on 2 then?
Here is a level up for Jinx because she deserves level 3 so why not.
“I’m going out. ‘Kay?” Jinx Asked.
“Okay,” her brother muttered.
The past.
Telling the truth.
”Jinx, am I your friend?” Asked Stream.
“Jinx, do you trust me?” Asked her mother.
“Jinx, do you love me?” Her brother had asked.
Some she could answer easily.
Some was a struggle.
Jinx found herself in a clearing.
”No . . .”
“Not for this!”
“Not right now.”
Telling the truth.
Struggling to tell lies.
Even if she didn’t want to, she had to tell them.
She looked around. In front of her was a Twoleg object, but it looked unused. It was an old well. Careful not to fall in, Jinx leaped up onto the side. She looked down. It was a deep hole, with a strange glow . . .
She imagined the questions when she got back, and would have to answer them.
But what if . . . what if she could tell a lie for once.
Okay this is a quick level up before Jinx is granted the ability to tell a lie. I’m sure it’s over 100 words, as I used word counter 🙂
Ok I really want Bear to shrink to Palm’s size so TO LEVEL THREE WE GO – 150 WORDS? GOT IT >:3
–
Bear looked around, and examined his surroundings closely. He had just ben transported from the dark cave where he had broken from stone to somewhere different! He looked at the thorny vines, wonder what use such a thorn could possibly pose.
He examined the portal closely – Home! He could see Lily again, he could –
That is, if Lily was still alive. He remember cracks at his paws, and his disgust. He didn’t want anything from the phoney ‘God’ Harnor was! He examined them once again, and rethought his decision. His forest green eyes gazed over the small cracks as he put his mind to it.
After some time, he came up with a conclusion – They were ok. They could be ok. The glowing orb of power could bring light to dark areas, can be used to blind a cat, and the crack he knew would soon become much larger.
He didn’t care though. He still wanted to get home.
Home.
Home.
He was going to get home.

The lyric ‘There’s no one else like you, you know’ is perfect, Rosica feels like that to Ambi. The funny thing is, she doesn’t even know his name yet XD XD XD
Ehhhhh I don’t have any other ones 😛
Except from one I did before, but I really really really think it’s perfect for her

Sighh Lantern 1-2
Lantern and his sister had always been victims to their community’s bullying. His sister was always the more down-to-earth, while Lantern had to be happy for Magnolia when they were sad. Very early on, their parents died, and they escaped the community that they seemed trapped in. The pair of siblings wandered for a while, before finding another, smaller group. This group spoke another language, Mandarin, and the two learned the language quickly to be accepted in this new group. Both siblings fell in love with a member within the group, and while Magnolia went on to become mates and have children with Plum, Lantern got rejected. Harnor found him soon after, and Lantern left without telling his sister. He knows, however, that she knows where he went.
He arrived at the tests, and he found that he had ice powers. Lantern also discovered that he could travel to different places in time. Fine, he might not be able to fly. He might not be able to summon lightning bolt’s at a moment’s notice. The ice fit his personality though, which had cold from jealousy, rejection and torment. Yet no matter how hard he tried, he didn’t seem to have a talent for his gift. He continuously summoned ice rink after ice rink, periodically interrupted by flashes of the future and past. Yet his ice rink only grew slightly larger than what he had started with, and only a few small spikes erupted from the ground. He became frustrated.
Lantern also felt uncomfortable with his time-related powers. He felt like it was too much power, too much responsibility, for such a small being. Maybe that was what it was like to become a god.
