    • hey there, this is still my secret page and people can’t claim it until December 30th of 2021 🙂

    • Silver-
As she left her home with the others who had decided to leave, she tried to ignore the pang of sadness. After her mother, Misty Night, had died in one of the many floods that ravaged the land, her brother was the only family she had left and she was leaving him. He had argued that the group needed him, as a healers apprentice, she supposed that was true but it didn’t make it hurt any less.

      • Night-
She looked back at the only place she had ever called home and felt a pang of sorrow, In the next moon she could be far away never to return but still she did not regret leaving. The votes had been cast and it was too late to turn back now all she could do was keep going.

              • Drifting Smoke-
“Wipe the long faces!” Drifting Smoke called to the others, their tail twitching with impatience. Who knows where they would end up in a few days, but as long as it was far, far away from silent fox, they were fine with it. “This is an adventure, we’re supposed to be excited!”

                • Song Bird-
Tey grinned at the other cat. “Drifting Smoke is right, we have the whole world at our paws and we are mourning the loss of a corner of it. What way should we head first?” Tey asked, glancing around, ear twitching impatiently.

                • Pale Ripple-
Pale Ripple smiled weakly. “I guess this journey has some pros.” they nudged Falcon Dive, seeing how upset he looked. “We get to see parts of the world we never would have before.”

                  Falcon Dive-
Falcon Dive listened to Pale Ripple, not believing her words. He grunted his response before looking down at his paws. The place they were leaving was their home,it didn’t matter if they were going on an adventure. It was an adventure that was leaving so many cats behind.

                • Silver-
She nodded slightly at Pale Ripple’s word, willing enthusiasm to flow through her.

                • Drifting Smoke-
“Any direction works for me, as long as its not back there,” Drifting mewed, gesturing in the direction they had come from. They glanced in the direction of Falcon Dive, a little annoyed. If he was so attached to their home, why was he coming?

                • Pale Ripple-
Pale Ripple flicked their tail to the right,”how about we go that way? It’s a decent trail, but we’ve never been very far.”

                  Falcon Dive-
Falcon Dive looked down the path Pale Ripple suggested and nodded slightly. He didn’t care what way the group went,he figured the sooner he was way from camp, the less leaving would hurt. At least, he hoped.

                • Song Bird-
Tey grinned, “Sounds great to me!” Tey called and began to head in the direction Pale Ripple had gestured to.

                • Drifting Smoke-
“Sure!” they agreed, racing in the direction Pale Ripple had indicated. Drifting Smoke paused after a minute, realizing they had bolted off without everyone else, and trotted back, struggling to restrain their impatience to get away.
Goodbye and good riddance, Silent Fox, Drifting Smoke thought, shooting a scowl in the direction of their former home.

                • Pale Ripple-
Pale Ripple smiled at Drifting Smoke’s enthusiasm. They wished they could share it,but-even though they had been one of the first to volunteer to search for their new home-the she-cat was still sad.

Pale Ripple glanced back at Falcon Dive for a brief second before trotting up to Song Bird and the others.

                  Falcon Dive-
Falcon Dive returned his sister’s gaze before looking back down and picking up his pace so he wasn’t behind everyone. There were no unfamiliar scents on the trial Pale Ripple had chosen, which was good. He didn’t want to run into trouble already-though with their luck that’s just what would happen.

                • Silver-
She spared one last glance back at the life she was leaving behind before lengthening her strides to keep pace with the siblings.

                • Falcon Dive-
Falcon Dive nodded to Silver as she fell into place next to him and Pale Ripple. The tom clanged at his sister, who’s look was a mixture of fake enthusiasm and worry. He was worried, too. He was worried that the cats had made the wrong choice, that they should have stayed. He was worried that too many of the group would die before they found their new home, leaving too few to make a new home. As hard as he tried to block them, the worries threatened to overtake him, push away all sense he had and make him break down. He couldn’t let that happen,he had to be strong. For Pale Ripple, the only reason he agreed to go on the journey. He could never leave her,no mater what happened.

                • Drifting Smoke-
“Hey, you,” Drifting Smoke said, reaching out a paw to poke Falcon Dive in the shoulder, “Could you try not to look like you’re already mourning our deaths? You’re going to give us bad luck.”
“I wonder what the rest of the world’s like,” they wondered out loud, trying to coax the rest of the group into conversation. If this was how the other cats were going to be the whole journey, Drifting Smoke suspected they had a few too many awkward silences to look forward to.
“I mean, as far as we know, maybe cats walk backwards everywhere else. Or maybe hedgehogs really do fly, just not in the mountains. Which, honestly, would make sense, because the eagles would probably snatch them right up.”
They were rambling, but now there was no Dawn Flicker to tell them to shut up. I hope your watching somewhere, brother, and feeling very, very annoyed, Drifting Smoke thought wistfully.

                • Falcon Dive-
Falcon Dive looked up as a claw poked him. It was Drifting Smoke, telling him to cheer up. He twitched his whiskers in slight amusement as the other cat rambled. “I doubt hedgehogs can fly anywhere, though it would be some sight to see.”

                • Silver-
She smiled at Drifting Smoke’s rambling. “Well, if we want to find out, we better get moving before darkness falls.”

                • Drifting Smoke-
Drifting Smoke nodded, bouncing on their paws. “Yes, slowpokes, let’s get going!” They trotted ahead, not waiting to see if the other would follow. If they couldn’t keep up, then Drifting Smoke could just double back. Drifting Smoke was filled with an antsy, impatient energy. “Flying hedgehogs await us!”
If only Drifting Smoke could convince themself that they were here for the adventure and not because they were running away.

                • Pale Ripple-
Pale Ripple forced her legs into a run, wanting Drifting Smoke’s excitement to reach her. They glanced back at Falcon Dive briefly before looking away. “You always have so much energy.” The she-cat commented as they finally caught up with the other cat.

                • Song Bird-
Ter whiskers twitched at Drifting Smoke’s excitement and he raced ahead to catch up.

                • Drifting Smoke-
“I’ve been cooped up in camp to long,” they replied cheerfully, “Besides, I’m looking forwards to this adventure. There’s so much world out there, and so little of it was in our territory.”

                • Pale Ripple-
Pale Ripple smiled, her legs aching less the more she ran along with Drifting Smoke. “Are you up for a race?”

                  Falcon Dive-
Falcon Dive smiled slightly as he heard Pale Ripple talk. She’s always been competitive. He thought, remembering them playing together as kits and apprentices.

                • Drifting Smoke-
“Definitely!” Drifting Smoke agreed happily, grinning. “But only if you’re okay with losing!” They glanced around, looking for a good finish line. “How about to that big rock over there?” they suggested.

    • Pale Ripple-
Pale Ripple padded along behind Silver, sadness filling their body. Their father,Tall Birch, had decided to stay behind. And their best friend,Whispering Breeze, had drowned a few moons earlier in a flood that killed many in the group. They pressed closer to their brother, wishing the rest of their family was with them.

      Falcon Dive-
Falcon Dive gritted his teeth, trying to be strong. Tall Birch was staying behind, and no matter what him and Pale Ripple said,he wouldn’t come with them. Falcon Dive had got into many arguments with his father during those times, trying to explain how dangerous it was to not leave. He wrapped his tail around his sister’s,knowing how sad they were. He was sad too,but he wouldn’t let it show. He had to be strong, for himself and for Pale Ripple.

    • (I have now filled in the form)
Nightshadow- as it walked past the other journeyers it caught the scent of a unfamiliar animal near by
Was it what the elders called a Twoleg or was it just rouge

    • Weeping Willow sat next to the willow tree, Oh my birth ancestors, please, tell me if I made the right choice! Xe thought. Soon, xyr ancestors came to xem. Willow, or should we call you Weeping Willow? Xe answered, “Yes, I belong to them now. Please call me Weeping Willow.” We have missed you, Weeping Willow. Please know you have made the right choice. Please tell us why you have chosen different pronouns, young Weeping Willow.I felt…Ignored, I changed my pronouns and got attached. When I changed my pronouns and took a new name, they valued my opinion. I was an outcast. Then, I was a valued member.Thank you, Weeping Willow, I just wanted to know my daughter better. “Mother!?” Yes Willow. a willow started to sprout as you were kitted. The spirits sent a sign, your name was Willow because of that, but the same tree had dew on it, making it look like it’s weeping. A sign to join these cats. But now, I must go, we need to send a sign to your group-mates. Mother! Please! Don’t leave me here!” Weeping Willow wailed. You are going back my beautiful daughter, be safe.

Weeping Willow opened her eyes, to see herself weeping near the willow tree. Just like my name, I hope no one saw me. Weeping Willow thought. You’re safe, Weeping Willow. You’re safe here. Unlike your previous home, they killed your mother. Weeping Willow came back with prey, saying they were hunting. I hope no one saw me at the tree…

            • Nightshadow walked away from weeping willow and towards the a bush near the edge of the rocky path. “This will do as a den for the night she thought curling up under it’s leaves. Soon she fell asleep and dreamt of a path covered in star light leading down to a dense woodland. “ is this a sign ?” she asked “do we follow the star path?” A voice echoed from the behind Nightshadow “ yes follow the Star path and find the moon to reach safety” and With that the dream ended and she was lying under the leafy canopy of the bush

    • Rain Berry-
rain berry looked around at the cats around her excited for the journey ahead she couldn’t wait to see the land outside the cat’s territory.

  • This might be dead but:

    Pale Ripple-
“That sounds good.” Without counting down, she took off, kicking up slight sprays of dirt behind her. Wind streamed through her fur,the sun shined in her pelt-she felt alive. Tall Birch was gone from her mind, all the starvation and death of her old home was gone. She was just Pale Ripple, not a coward fleeing from struggles, not a cat who left her father behind. Merely a she-cat that was racing a friend, nothing more, nothing less.
