BlogClan Summer Gathering 2017, Day 1!

Hello folks and welcome to the BlogClan Summer Gathering 2017!

Over the course of this weekend, we’re going to have fun and games, as the team of StarClan is pitted against the Dark Forest! We’ll have games on the live chat, special emotes, team loyalties, BlogClan Booths, contests, and even some other special extras to boot…

Teams

Just below you’ll be able to find the team listings and see where you’ve ended up! Everybody who wanted to be on a particular team has been placed where they wanted to go, and everyone else has been appropriately distributed for a fair duo of teams! It’ll be a close match, with darkness beginning to set in…

None of this would mean anything if you guys didn’t know what was going on! Just below you’ll be able to find the schedule for both days.

Day 1: Saturday, 5th August

On the first day, we break ground on the fan contests and display the first three Booths. The official contests will take place on live chat, and Shiver will be livestreaming The Aristocats later on at 8pm UTC on Rabb.it – a link will be available when the event is taking place! The night will be rounded off with the first half of a special Trailing Stars Graphic Novel adventure!

And don’t forget Russetfeather’s Murder Mystery, an exciting event which you certainly won’t want to miss…

Update: The Aristocats livestream is being moved to the Sunday, where it will take place at some point during the day.

Day 2: Sunday, 6th August

The second day brings the Guest-Hosted Contests, organised by our wonderful Russetfeather, as well as the other 3 BlogClan Booths (thank you everyone for the many wonderful entries, it’s a shame we only had space to pick a few – they were all exceptional)! As the day goes on, we’ll present the Gathering results, as well as the second half of the special Trailing Stars Graphic Novel adventures, and Iceflower has prepared the results to the monthly art contest!

At the very end, we’ll have a special BlogClan announcement…

We hope you have fun at this Gathering, and I just want to thank all of you for your enthusiasm and for coming along, and I also want to thank BlogTeam for their committed hard work which has made this Gathering a joy to put together!
